而寻找作用机制新颖、独特的先导化合物,并进行结构改造不仅是获得具有自主知识产权新型农药的有效途径,也是解决抗性风险的关键所在。
氯虫酰胺作为苯胺甲酰类化合物的代表具有高效、低毒、作用机制独特的特点,因而成为本世纪初杀虫剂创制的热点。
