1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
dual clutch transmission (dct) technology is an advanced automatic transmission technology in the global automotive industry. it has the comfort of automatic transmission and the flexibility of manual transmission, and can provide power output without interruption. the advantage of double clutch automatic transmission has become the focus of research and development of international automobile enterprises, and it is also the development trend in the future. at present, the domestic automobile enterprises that study dct are byd, jianghuai, shangqi passenger car and so on. abroad, they are mainly represented by volkswagen, as well as the latest 8-speed dct, with hydraulic torque converter developed by honda of japan, as well as ford, general motors and other enterprises.
since the mass production of dct, it has developed rapidly in foreign markets, europe, the united states, japan and other countries have a certain market share. in europe, germany's volkswagen group is the leader of the dual-clutch gearbox, at volkswagen (the starting model is 142800 of the bora, the flagship model is 536800 of the imported cc3.6), audi, seat, skoda, bugatti, even the dual-clutch gearbox, which is widely used in volkswagen commercial vehicles, has a huge share of the entire dct market. in addition, porsche, bmw, mercedes-benz in germany, fiat and ferrari in italy, france's renault, peugeot-citroen, britain's lotus and other brands of individual models also took the dual-clutch transmission. in the united states, ford equipped the 2008 fox and c-max with wet models.
