1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

毕业论文是对大学四年级上学期学习情况以及对所做的课题情况的反映,其内容应该包括:

a) 查阅相关文献资料,了解课题的重要性和课题的研究目的及铜离子荧光探针发展现状和它们制备方法。。

b) 提出实验计划,明确实验内容进行大量的实验,掌握有机合成bodipy荧光探针的制备工艺,完成探针的合成并分析讨论荧光探针对或细胞内铜离子成像结果,并在此基础上总结实验经验及注意事项,按要求完成毕业论文的写作。
