基于荧光技术的检测方法通常被称为荧光光谱测量法,分子荧光法是其理论基础。
荧光技术检测二氧化硫的原理很简单,二氧化硫在激发光源的激发下就会产生荧光,利用浓度与探针产生的荧光强度之间的线性关系进行定量的分析,运用荧光光谱的形状和荧光峰值对应的波长进行定性的分析。
利用荧光方法检测样品中二氧化硫浓度具有灵敏度高、重复性好、取样简单、等诸多优点。
