文献综述

【摘要】伴随着现代科学技术的不断进步和发展,智能化的弱电工程系统逐渐深入到人们的生活中且扮演的角色越来越被重视。本文在综合一些近几年的企业楼宇智能化设计文献的基础上，介绍了楼宇智能化设计中的综合布线、计算机网络、音视频、安全保障等方面的要点。

【Abstract】With the continuous progress and development of modern science and technology, the intelligent weak current engineering system has gradually penetrated into people's lives and plays a more and more important role.Based on summarizing some documents about the intelligent building design for enterprise in recent years, the paper introduces pertinent facts about generic cabling system、computer network system、audio-video system、security system in the intelligent building design for enterprise.

前言

随着生活水平的日益改善和经济的稳步发展，智能化越来越融入人们的生活。公交调度中心作为整个公交系统的调度监控中心，应急指挥中心及办公大楼，其建筑智能化建设的将提升整个指挥中心大楼乃至常州公交行业以信息化、数字化、绿色节能、可持续发展为特征的新形象。且相较一般智能建筑，所应用智能系统更为全面。笔者在阅读一定量的文献后，综合作者观点，对办公楼智能化设计进行一些相关要点的介绍。

一、综合布线系统

综合布线系统是整幢大楼的”神经系统”，提高语音通讯、传真等图像资料、电视会议等视频信号及数据通讯等的联网应用，由工作区子系统、水平子系统、管理子系统、垂直主干子系统、设备间子系统、建筑群子系统等六个独立子系统组成。参考文献，其设计应满足：
