江苏小城镇排水管道系统改造设计的探讨

摘要：排水管道系统是城镇基础设施的重要组成部分,在市政建设中占有重要地位，而修建已久的排水管道系统已不能满足城镇发展所带来的水文状况变化和管道安全性的要求，需要维护和改造设计。文章首先根据归纳了江苏小城镇排水管道系统的现状和普遍存在的问题，提出了在小城镇排水管道系统改造过程中应遵循的几点基本原则，然后针对江苏地区的地区特点，在排水体制选择、改造施工方案、管道管材的设计与选用、与建设海绵城市相结合等方面探讨了排水管道改造的方法和设计要点，最后分析了小城镇排水管道改造设计给我们带来的环境、经济、社会效益。

abstract : drainage system is an important part of urban infrastructure and it occupies an important position in the municipal construction.however, the old drainage system can not meet the change of hydrological regime and pipeline safety requirement along with the development of the cities and towns. it needs maintenance and reformation immediately. at first,this paper sums up the present situation of the drainage systems and the common problems of small cities and towns in jiangsu,and put forward several basic principles we should follow in the process of reformation of drainage systems in small cities and towns.then the transformation methods and the key points are discussed in the area of the selection of drainage system, transformation and construction plan , design and selection of pipelines and the combination with sponge city based on the regional characteristics of jiangsu region.finally,the paper analyses the environmental, economic and social benefits brought by reformation and design of the drainage system in small cities and towns.

2. 研究的基本内容、问题解决措施及方案

研究或解决的问题：对于位于江苏省南通市如东县西北部的栟茶镇，要求在已有的给水管网的基础上，进行给水管线的改造设计，并要求同时满足消防的要求；古镇街区雨污管道的改造设计；污水收集后选择因地制宜处理工艺，并进行工艺设计。

拟采用的研究手段（途径）：设计说明书，图纸和海绵城市建设
