摘 要
SLA即"Stereo lithography Apparatus"的缩写,即立体光固化成型装置.
激光器射出激光,通过透镜及反射镜进行扫描,光敏树脂快速固化,电动机带动小丝杠转动,刮板运动将固化截面刮平,从而完成一层截面的加工过程,得到一层塑料薄片。然后,大丝杠在另一个电动机的带动下转动,带动可升降工作台及托板下降规定层厚的高度,之后固化另一层截面。如此重复,这样层层叠加构成建构三维实体。
本课题研究内容:
1.通过查阅相关资料及文献了解SLA成型三维打印机机械结构及打印基本原理为建模做好理论准备。
2.学习软件Pro/E三维建模,对SLA成型三维打印机的各个组成零件分别进行三维建模,绘出零件模型。
3.用软件Pro/E将各个零件按顺序进行装配,形成完整的SLA成型三维打印机装配图。
4.用软件Pro/E的动画模拟功能对SLA成型三维打印机进行动画模拟,要求主要部件可动作,对打印机的工作情况进行模拟。

Abstract
SLA is the abbreviation of "Stereo lithography Apparatus", that is, stereoscopic light curing molding device.
The laser emits a laser, scans through a lens and a mirror, and the photosensitive resin is rapidly solidified. The motor drives the small screwdriver to rotate, and the scraper movement scratches the solidified section to complete a layer of cross section processing to obtain a layer of plastic sheet. Then the large screw in the other motor driven by the rotation, driven by the lifting table and pallets down the height of the specified layer thickness, after curing another layer of cross-section. So that the three-dimensional entities are superimposed on layers.
The research content of this topic:
1. Through the access to relevant information and literature to understand the SLA forming three-dimensional mechanical structure and printing the basic principles of modeling to do the theoretical preparation.
2. Learning software Pro/E three-dimensional modeling, the SLA forming three-dimensional printer components were three-dimensional modeling, drawing parts model.
3. With the software Pro / E will be in accordance with the various parts of the assembly, the formation of a complete SLA forming three-dimensional printer assembly map.
4. The software simulation of SLA forming 3D printer is carried out by software Pro / E animation simulation function, which requires the main parts to be able to simulate the working situation of the printer.

1.1 SLA成型三维打印机机械结构三维建模的国内外研究现状
1.1.1 3D打印的起源和发展
3D 打印思想起源于 19 世纪的美国,学术界定义:根据ASTM(American Society for Testing and Materials)标准,3D打印的现学名为增材制造,AM(Additive Manufacturing),旧称快速成型,RP(Rapid Prototyping)。目前常见3D打印技术主要有三种:FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling,熔融沉积),SLS(Selective Laser Sintering,粉末材料选择性激光烧结),SLA(Stereo Lithography Apparatus,光敏树脂选择性固化)。目前欧美及增材制造技术发展较为完善,已经基本实现工业化以及商业化,而国内增材制造发展较晚,目前与欧美技术存在一定差距,但中国的市场比较大,所以发展前景比较好。主要有以下应用领域:
1.食品行业。
