摘 要

当前，大规模的科技革命在全球范围兴起，国家间的竞争体现在科技实力的较量，创新能力被誉为一个国家竞争力的核心。智能制造业成为全球工业技术产业发展的新兴研究方向。推动智能制造产业区域创新平台建设能够有效集聚区域内部创新资源，智能制造产业区域创新管理已经成为企业运营的头等任务，是企业迅速崛起，获取持续竞争力的有力武器。

本文将在分析现有研究文献基础上，分析智能制造产业发展现状及现存问题；其次以江苏中科院智能科学技术应用研究院为例介绍该平台发展历程、组织结构、发展方向，并综合分析上述平台运营管理模式特点；最后总结出智能制造产业区域创新平台运营管理模式的发展趋势。

A Study on the Operational Mode of Regional Innovation Platforms in Intelligent Manufacturing Industry

Abstract

At present, the large-scale scientific and technological revolution has risen in the global arena. The competition among nations is reflected in the contest of scientific and technological strength, and the ability to innovate has been hailed as the core of a country's competitiveness. Intelligent manufacturing has become a new research direction for the development of the global industrial technology industry. Promoting the intelligent manufacturing industry regional innovation platform can effectively gather innovative resources within the region. The intelligent manufacturing industry regional innovation management has become the first task of the company's operations, and it is a powerful weapon for the rapid rise of enterprises and sustainable competitiveness.

This article will analyze the existing research literature, analyze the current status of the development of intelligent manufacturing industry and existing problems, followed by the Jiangsu Academy of Applied Sciences Institute of Intelligent Science and Technology as an example to introduce the platform development history, organizational structure, development direction, and a comprehensive analysis of the above platform The characteristics of the operation management model, and finally summarized the development trend of the intelligent management industry regional innovation platform operation management model.

第一章 导论

1.1 研究背景

当前，制造业的发展方向与生产模式正朝着“智能化”转变，大规模的科技革命在全球范围兴起，国家间的竞争体现在科技实力的较量，智能创新能力被誉为一个国家竞争力的核心。国家“十二五”规划提出，发展新兴战略产业是衡量国家工业化水平的重要举措，发展智能制造业是战略的重点研究内容。

在全球以经济和科技实力作为国家主要竞争手段的背景下，美国、日本、德国等以发达工业闻名世界的国家，接连转变工业发展战略，走“再工业化”道路。通过研发人工智能、智能制造装备等产品，掌握智能制造产业领域核心技术。由政府出台相关政策保障工业转型，联合教育机构、科研机构，老牌工业企业共同开发，积极培育制造业未来竞争优势。

我国在积极建设和发展智能制造产业区域创新平台，以应对世界经济发展的新常态。自2012年起，我国智能制造业主营业务收入就突破1万亿元，平均年增长率在30%以上。许多重大智能制造设备与技术开发取得标志性成果，部分核心装置以及零部件的研发已慢慢趋于成熟，并投入产业化生产。虽然我国智能制造产业区域集聚的现象尚未普遍，但是萌芽之势已然形成，继续推进区域创新平台建设是智能制造产业寻求组织结构调整，优化空间布局的重要方式。

智能制造产业发展迅猛，相关管理经验文献缺乏，再加上各国政策和市场环境不同，探究一条适应我国智能产业创新发展管理模式道路是十分有必要且迫在眉睫的。将智能制造产业与我国区域创新平台建设政策相结合，通过理论分析和典型案例研究，探索出一条适合产业发展与平台管理的运营模式，以适应当今社会经济发展的步伐，提高我国国际竞争力，对今后智能产业运营管理研究有很强的引导作用。

1.2 研究现状

随着信息技术与制造技术交融，智能制造产业应运而生，带动了技术水平的提升，提高了人们的生活质量。开发应用智能制造技术能缩短现有工艺研制时间，降低成本。让制造业走智能化，可持续发展道路，降低运营成本，提高生产效率。
