摘 要

随着城市的快速发展，智慧城市建设也加快了步伐，其中智慧城市建设的关键技术显得越来越重要。通过对智慧城市建设关键技术的研究，来了解智慧城市建设给国内外各大城市带来的发展机遇，对人们的生活产生的改变。同时也能认识到智慧城市建设存在的不足，能够及时进行应对调整，完善智慧城市建设的关键技术，加大对技术的研究。

课题主要采用了文献研究法，通过在网络上阅读智慧城市建设关键技术的相关文献来进行研究，参照国内外的关键技术使用和智慧城市建设的成果与不足，来深入了解关键技术的本质，总结近年来智慧城市建设的经验，提出自己的相关意见，来完善不足。智慧城市建设关键技术的核心是互联网，如今，网络四通八达，信息能够更好的收集、处理、存储和交流，要有效的使用先进的网络技术来为智慧城市建设提供技术支持，让城市能够进一步发展，提高人们的生活水平。

Research on Key Technologies of Smart City Construction

Abstract

With the rapid development of cities, the construction of smart cities has also accelerated the pace, among which the key technologies for the construction of smart cities have become increasingly important. Through the study of key technologies for the construction of smart cities, we will learn about the development opportunities brought by the construction of smart cities for major cities at home and abroad, and the changes in people’s lives. At the same time, it can also recognize the inadequacies of the smart city construction, can respond to adjustments in a timely manner, improve the key technologies for the construction of smart cities, and increase research on technology.

The project mainly adopts the literature research method and conducts research by reading the relevant literature on the key technologies for the smart city construction on the Internet, and refers to the use of key technologies at home and abroad and the achievements and deficiencies in the construction of smart cities to deeply understand the essence of key technologies. In recent years, the experience of smart city construction has put forward its own relevant opinions to improve the deficiencies. The core of the key technologies for smart city construction is the Internet. Today, the network is accessible in all directions, information can be collected, processed, stored, and exchanged more effectively. Advanced network technologies must be used to provide technical support for the construction of smart cities so that cities can further develop and it can improve people's living standards.

1.1 研究背景和意义

随着经济水平的飞速发展，城市化进程的加快，城市人口越来越多，给城市管理带了交通拥堵、环境保护、人口流动、城市安全、房价上涨等问题。城市管理的复杂性让管理者无从下手，为了解决城市发展的问题，“智慧城市”这一概念便应运而生。

智慧城市的本质是利用当前先进的科学技术，将各种信息技术结合起来，对人们居住的城市进行智能化管理和运作，从而提高人们的生活水平，促进城市的可持续发展，使社会不断进步。其中，重要的是使用通信技术的手段对城市的运作系统进行感应和分析，从而对人们的生活、环境保护、城市安全、公共服务、工农商业活动等不同的需要给出智慧化的应答。
