摘 要

公路网是交通运输系统的重要组成部分，公路网评价可以很好的发现现有公路网的不足之处，为未来公路网规划提供重要依据。湖北省位于我国中部关键位置，湖北省的公路网发展对我国综合运输体系的建设具有重要意义，科学合理的分析和评价湖北省公路网的现状和水平，有助于加快我国的经济建设。

本论文以湖北省的公路网为研究对象，从湖北省的地理位置和地形特点出发，分析了湖北省公路网的现状，现状分析中主要针对交通量、客货流量、拥挤度和行驶量四个方面进行分析，分析了这四个方面的总体特征和空间特征。之后，根据湖北省公路网的现状情况，运用神经网络综合评价方法，建立湖北省公路网的综合评价指标体系进行评价。评价结果显示，湖北省公路网目前比较完善，但是仍需提高道路等级，尤其是武汉市周边的道路等级。最后，根据湖北省公路网的评价结果，总结了湖北省公路网的现状，分析了本文的仍需改进的方面。

ABSTRACT

The road network is an important part of the transportation system. The evaluation of the road network can find the shortcomings of the existing highway network and provide the important basis for the future road network planning. Hubei Province is located in the central part of China, the development of highway network in Hubei Province is of great significance to the construction of China's integrated transport system. Scientific and reasonable analysis and evaluation of the status and level of highway network in Hubei Province will help speed up China's economic construction.

This paper takes the highway network of Hubei Province as the research object, analyzes the status quo of the highway network in Hubei Province from the geographical location and terrain characteristics of Hubei Province, and analyzes the traffic volume, passenger and cargo flow, congestion and driving capacity This paper analyzes the general characteristics and spatial characteristics of these four aspects. Then, according to the status quo of highway network in Hubei Province, the comprehensive evaluation index system of highway network in Hubei Province was established by using neural network comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the highway network in Hubei Province is relatively perfect, but still need to improve the road grade, especially in Wuhan around the road level. Finally, according to the evaluation results of highway network in Hubei Province, the status quo of highway network in Hubei Province is summarized, and the still improvement aspects of this paper are analyzed.

1.1 研究目的和意义

当今世界正在形成全球自由贸易体系和开放型的世界经济，随着国际金融危机影响、世界经济的复苏和分化，国际形势正在发生着复杂而深刻的变化。交通运输业作为国民经济发展的根本环节、国民经济来源的支柱之一，具有平衡国民收入、促进资源合理配置的关键性作用。公路以其深入性和便利性在各种运输方式中有着主导作用，并且有着衔接各种运输方式、组织综合运输的功能。自20世纪以来，我国的公路事业的建设得到了飞速的发展，公路的成长情况逐渐成为了衡量一个国家或地域经济发展水平的重要标志。

综合交通运输体系的建设将会大大的推动我国的经济发展，而公路是建设综合交通运输体系中最为重要的一个部分，由于公路的建设费用和养护费用都非常高，合理的公路网布局将会大大的提高综合交通运输体系的效率，同时也会降低公路运输成本，因此运用科学的评价方法，通过对公路网运营状况的分析，可以找出公路网存在的问题，降低公路网运营时的成本，提高公路网服务质量。
