摘 要

在ICT融合的情况下,烽火通信的业务结构已经向各行业中全面的业务信息化逐渐过渡。而公司的财务报表为接下来的财务预测提供了基础，为财务决策提供了依据。在财务战略管理中，财务报表承担着非常重要的角色，有利于财务战略正确的制定和有效的执行。财务报表分析可以使公司资金得到更好的平衡运用，有助于财务的竞争优势和核心能力的提高，公司的整体战略得以实现。

本文以烽火通信公司为案例，在查阅相关数据和资料的条件下，结合通信行业公司发展情况及财务分析和财务战略的相关理论，通过公司财务报表分析探究该公司财务战略现状及存在的问题，并针对问题结合公司实际情况，分别从融资战略、投资战略、股利分配战略三个方面提出改善该财务战略的建议。

通过研究发现，烽火通信公司处于成长阶段，是以经营性资源为主的经营驱动型企业，正在实行对外控制性投资的扩张战略。本文的特色之处在于拓宽了财务报表分析的研究视角，从企业战略的角度，对财务报表有了全新的解读，从而提高了财务报表信息的决策有用性。

Abstract

In the case of ICT integration, the flames of the business structure has been to the industry in a comprehensive business information gradually transition. The company's financial statements provide the basis for the next financial forecast, providing a basis for financial decision-making. In financial strategy management, the financial statements bear a very important role, is conducive to the correct development of financial strategy and effective implementation. The analysis of financial statements can make the company's funds better balanced use and contribute to the financial competitive advantage and core competencies. The company's overall strategy can be achieved.

Under the condition of consulting the data and information, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the financial strategy of the company through the analysis of the financial statements of the company and the related theories of financial analysis and financial strategy, taking the flames and communications companies as examples. And it puts forward suggestions to improve the financial strategy from the three aspects of financing strategy, investment strategy and dividend distribution strategy respectively according to the actual situation of the company.

This research found that Fiberhome Communications Company is in the growth stage, belonging to the operating resources of the main business-driven enterprises, and it is the implementation of external control investment expansion strategy. The characteristic of this paper is to broaden the research perspective of financial statement analysis. Financial statements have a new interpretation from the perspective of corporate strategy, thereby enhancing the financial statements of the decision-making usefulness.
