摘 要
本文旨在研究设计与东风标致307适配的后悬架系统。悬架是汽车的重要组成部分,随着汽车技术的发展,对悬架系统的研究也日趋成熟。大部分汽车悬架的设计,均采用“经验 反复试验”的方法。在本文中 ,笔者将首先了解各种悬架的结构特性与功能特点,并以满足其行驶平顺性,操作稳定性及乘车舒适性为研究目标,设计出符合要求的后悬架系统。首先笔者将了解各种悬架类型的特点,选择合适的悬架形式。选取悬架的自振频率得出悬架的刚度,静挠度及动挠度等相关数据。笔者将结合悬架设计参考资料以及所选车型的各项性能数据,确定其空间参数,弹性特性及工作行程。再根据所选参数计算出各零部件的各项数据,及进行必要的应力校核。在设计减振器时。以阻尼系数和最大卸荷力为参数计算主要尺寸,从而进一步得出导向机构和横向稳定杆的相关数据。并运用三维软件CATIA绘制出装配图和零件图。
本文撰述内容为东风标致307后悬架设计系统提供了一定理论数据和具体参数的参考,有其实际作用。论文主要研究了东风标致307后悬架类型及其具体参数设计,结构设计。研究结果表明:东风标致307采用了特殊形式的扭力梁悬架,它结构简单,成本低,但其悬架性能非常优秀。最后对后悬架进行仿真分析,评价车轮跳动对前轮定位参数的影响,评价恶劣路面条件下汽车的平顺性。

Abstract
This paper aims to study the design of the Dongfeng PeCATIAeot 307 fitted rear suspension system. Suspension is an important part of the car, with the development of automotive technology, the suspension system research is becoming more mature. Most of the car suspension design, are used "experience repeated test" approach. In this paper, the author will first understand the structural characteristics and functional characteristics of various suspensions, and to meet its driving comfort, operational stability and ride comfort as the research objectives, designed to meet the requirements of the rear suspension system. First of all, I will understand the characteristics of various suspension types, select the appropriate form of suspension. Select the suspension of the natural frequency of the suspension stiffness, static deflection and dynamic deflection and other related data. I will combine the suspension design reference materials and the selected models of the performance data to determine its spatial parameters, elastic characteristics and work travel. And then according to the selected parameters to calculate the various parts of the data, and carry out the necessary stress check. When designing the damper. The main dimensions are calculated using the damping coefficient and the maximum unloading force as the parameters to obtain the relevant data of the guide mechanism and the lateral stabilizer bar. And use the three-dimensional software CATIA to draw out the assembly drawing and parts drawing.
In this paper, the content of Dongping PeCATIAeot 307 rear suspension design system provides a certain theoretical data and specific parameters of reference, has its practical effect. The paper mainly studies the rear suspension type and its specific parameter design and structural design of Dongfeng PeCATIAeot 307. The results show that Dongfeng PeCATIAeot 307 adopts a special form of torsion beam suspension, which is simple in structure and low in cost, but its suspension performance is very good. Finally, the simulation of the rear suspension is carried out to evaluate the influence of the wheel beating on the front wheel positioning parameters and evaluate the ride comfort of the vehicle under bad road conditions.
