摘 要

在中国经济蓬勃发展的今天，随着互联网的蓬勃发展，人们越来越容易接触到离自己千百里之外的信息。社会重大事件也更容易得到人们关注。而网站作为当今社会，人们接触信息最多的场所之一，理所应当地成为发展社会主义精神文明的新阵地。宣传先进典型事迹作为社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分，肩负着弘扬中华民族传统美德，发扬爱国主义精神的神圣使命。近年来，湖北省涌现了一大批先进典型事迹，一群如杨昌林、向英等具有高尚品格的先进个人，形成了特有的“湖北群花”现象。建设一个为湖北服务，为人民服务，宣扬先进典型的信息报送发布管理系统成为一项具有重大意义的事情。

本文设计了先进典型事迹网站，主要包括：能够显示最新事迹和最热事迹的网站首页和能进行事迹分类查询的“先进事迹”页面，能充分展现各类先进典型事迹，满足先进典型事迹宣传需要。

为方便各地市相关部门向省级管理部门报送先进典型事迹，本文设计了先进典型事迹报送系统，主要功能包括：对事迹属性、事迹简介、荣誉情况、事迹文档、媒体报道、图片聚焦、视频播报和学习动态的填写报送等。

系统为省级管理部门提供了先进典型事迹审核与管理功能。先进典型事迹审核包括：一键审核、分栏审核和逐条审核等功能，通过审核的事迹能自动发布到先进典型事迹网站。先进典型事迹管理主要包括事迹审核、增加、删除、修改、查找等功能，方便对先进典型事迹的管理与维护。

本文通过需求分析，系统总体功能设计，系统功能模块实现和系统测试等几个开发流程的阐述，展现了本系统的开发流程。开发的系统功能较全面，具有一定安全性和实用性等特性，能够满足相关部门宣传先进典型事迹的需求。

Abstract

With the China's booming economy today and vigorous development of the Internet, people are increasingly accessible to the information which is thousands of miles away from them . And social events are more likely to get people's attention. Today ,the website is a place where people contact with the most information on it, and should have become the new position of the development of socialist spiritual civilization. As an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, model deeds shoulder the sacred mission of carrying forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and carry forward the spirit of patriotism. In recent years, the Hubei Province has emerged a large number of model deeds. A group that consists of Yang Changlin, Xiang Ying and other noble personality of the advanced individual, form a unique "Hubei group flowers" phenomenon. The construction of information submitting and issuing management system that services for both the Hubei and the people and aims to promote advanced models, has become a significant thing.

This article has designed the model deeds website, which includes the home of the website that can display the latest deeds and the hottest stories and the "model deeds" page that can conduct deeds classification inquiry. Also, the model deeds website can fully display all kinds of models deeds to meet the needs the propaganda of model deeds.

In order to facilitate the relevant departments of the city to submit model deeds to the provincial administrative departments, this paper designs model deeds submission system, which can upload the information of deeds, stories, honor, deeds, media reports, picture highlights, and so on.

The System for the provincial management department provides model story review and management functions. Auditing model deeds include one-button review, column review and one by one audit function.Through the audit of the deeds ,the deeds information can be automatically released to the model deeds website. Model deeds management mainly includes deeds auditing, addition, deletion, modification, search and other functions, which facilitate the management and maintenance of advanced typical deeds.

This paper introduces the development process of the system through the analysis of demand, the overall function design of the system, the realization of system function module and the system testing. The development of the system is comprehensive, with a certain degree of security and practical characteristics, which can meet the relevant departments to promote the needs of advanced typical deeds.

第一章 绪论

1.1 课题研究背景、目的与意义

近年来，习近平总书记多次发表了关于加强社会主义精神文明建设的重要讲话，强调了精神文明建设要和物质文明建设放在同等的地位。习总书记的讲话对于社会主义精神文明建设具有重要的指导意义。而宣传先进典型事迹是建设社会主义精神文明中的重要一环。并且在互联网蓬勃发展的新形势下，使用Internet来宣传先进典型事迹将得到很好的宣传效果。

在以往国内外的先进典型事迹宣传过程中往往采用的是电视宣传、报纸杂志宣传和走穴演讲相结合的方式，并没有结合新媒体新工具。尤其是互联网方面，至今并无专注宣传先进典型事迹的网站。虽然电视宣传有覆盖面广的优点，如央视的感动中国栏目，但是电视宣传的缺点也是很明显的。首先，电视节目只能在特定的时间播出，当人们想要深度学习时无法回顾节目。其次，节目具有时效性，过了一段时间，大家可能就忘记了。最后，节目时长受限，很多先进事迹不能被人熟知。而报纸杂志的优点是可以保存，供人查阅，缺点是受众少。同样的，走穴演讲的优点是令人影响深刻，缺点是受众范围太小。但是网络宣传却结合了以上宣传方式的全部优点，比如受众多、时效性长，可供查阅等，同时克服了他们的缺点，成为新形式下更有效的宣传手段。

并且从另一方面讲，为进一步规范我省先进典型宣传工作管理办法，在新形势、新技术环境下达到更好的宣传效果，也有必要通过技术手段将先进典型宣传工作机制落到实处，解决各部门和基层单位涌现出来的先进典型缺乏宣传手段、新闻媒体需要先进典型报道线索、宣传处缺少对全省先进典型相关情况的掌握等问题，打造一个信息沟通、资源共享、数据详实的先进典型事迹资源库“先进典型事迹管理与发布系统”。
