某乘用车B柱上饰板结构设计问题分析和对策研究毕业论文

摘 要

本文采用NX数据建模分析技术,配合实车验证的方法,对某乘用车在测试过程中所发现的造车过程中B柱上饰板存在的设计问题进行了研究,分析了问题出现的根本原因,并根据问题出现的原因针对性地提出了相应的解决对策,总结了通用的B柱上饰板相应问题处理方案,所得结果对于所有现生产、开发的其他车型或系统中所出现的同类问题的解决具有重要的指导意义。

本文通过S阶段造车时,发生B柱上饰板装配时往下偏,底部定位销不容易进孔,难以装配故障处理任务,以及发生B柱上饰板圆角处与顶衬离空故障处理任务,经过对故障症状确认,故障原因理论分析和故障处理方案设计,最后排除故障,对B柱上饰板结构尺寸和配合关系等进行了合理改进。经S阶段造车试验以及OTS造车试验验证,改进后的结构工艺方案满足解决相应问题的要求。总结通用的B柱上饰板难装问题处理方案与B柱上饰板与顶衬离空问题处理方案。解决方案实施后,难装问题改善,总装未再反馈零件难装;离空问题得到较大改善,故障率降低至约0.5%。

同时,本文通过OTS造车绳索路行驶时B柱上饰板发生异响故障,以及处理异响问题过程中发生B柱高调操作困难和高调滑板阻滞甚至卡死失效问题的处理任务,经过对该故障症状确认,故障问题所在和故障原因理论分析,设计并给出故障解决方案,最后排除故障,对高调结构尺寸和配合关系等进行了合理改进。经S阶段造车试验验证,改进后的结构方案满足解决异响及高调阻滞卡死问题的要求。总结通用的绳索路行驶B柱异响问题及高调操作困难和高调滑板阻滞甚至卡死失效故障解决方案。措施实施后,B柱饰板异响问题以及B柱上饰板高调卡滞、失效问题关闭。

本文的特色:本文第一次针对B柱上饰板结构设计中出现的问题进行分析和对策研究,总结了通用的B柱上饰板同类问题处理方案。本文的研究结论对于汽车B柱上饰板结构设计中所出现的同类问题的解决具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract

In this paper, NX data modeling and analysis technology with the actual vehicle verification method are used to study the design problems of B-pillars in the process of building cars of a passenger car. This paper analyzes the root cause of the problem, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure according to the reason of the problem. Meanwhile, this paper summarizes the corresponding problem-solving scheme of the common B-pillars. The results obtained have important guiding significance for solving the similar problems in the production and development of other car models.

In this paper, when building cars during S-stage, the workers find that B-pillars trim plate are tilted downwards, and the bottom of the positioning pin is not easy to enter the hole, which result in difficulty in assembling, and the processing tasks of occurrence of the B-pillar at the corners of the column and the top panels. After verification for the fault symptoms and fault problem and the analysis of the cause of the problem in theory, design and the fault solution is given. Finally, the malfunction is excluded, and make a reasonable optimization of high-profile structural dimensions and mate relationship. Verified by OTS and S-stage repairer test, the optimized structured process solution meets the requirements for solving the corresponding problem, and summarizes the generic solution to the problem. After the implementation of the measures, the problem that difficult to install improved, the assembly line do not feedback that B-pillar trim is difficult to install; the problem that B-pillar trim plate and top panels are left has been greatly improved, the failure rate reduced to about 0.5%.

At the same time, in this paper, when the car drives on the rope road in the OTS repairer, the B-pillars trim plate sends out the abnormal sound, as well as the handling of abnormal problems in the process of B-column high-profile operation difficulties, and high-profile skid block, or even stuck failure problem processing tasks, after verification for the fault symptoms and fault problem and the analysis of the cause of the problem in theory, design and the fault solution is given. Finally, the malfunction is excluded, and make a reasonable optimization of high-profile structural dimensions and mate relationship. Verified by S-stage repairer test, Optimize the structural scheme to meet the requirements for resolving abnormal sound and High-profile block stuck problems. Summing up the general solution of B-column abnormal sound problems and high-profile operation is difficult and high-profile skateboard block or even stuck failure when driving on rope road. After the implementation of the measures, B-pillar trim plate board abnormal sound problem and B-pillar trim plate high-profile stuck, failure problem are closed.

The characteristics of this paper: It is the first time for the B-pillar trim plate structure design problems in the analysis and countermeasures research, and this paper summarize a generic solution of the similar problems of B-pillar trim plate. The conclusion of this paper is of great significance to the solution of similar problems in the design of the decorative structure of automobile B-pillars.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

自从汽车在1886 年诞生以后,已经过去了100 多年。随着汽车市场和汽车相关技术的发展以及人类社会的进步,汽车已经逐渐成为人类社会生活中不可缺少的交通工具之一,而汽车产业也逐渐地发展成为国家的支柱性产业,在国民经济的发展中占据着举足轻重的重要地位。目前,我国已经成为世界上最大的汽车生产国和消费国,而这与自从改革开放以来我国的汽车制造业的迅猛发展密切相关。与此同时,全世界汽车的保有量每年都在快速地增加,预计在2030 年前后,全世界将拥有18 亿辆汽车,这是一个天文数字。在汽车行业蓬勃发展的同时,人们的生活、经济水平的日益提高,汽车已进入平常百姓家,随着汽车相关技术的发展以及人们安全意识的提高和对更加舒适的生活的追求,汽车的舒适性和安全性随之成为越来越多的人选购汽车时所要考虑的必备要求和条件,舒适性、安全性和美观性已然成为当今汽车生产研发的主题。这对汽车的设计和生产制造过程的要求也变得更高、更加严格,汽车制造厂商也因此面临着更大的压力,这是挑战,也是机遇。

为了能够在汽车市场中保有或占据一席之地,国内外的汽车制造厂商们在如此高的要求与如此大的竞争压力之下,为了稳固自身的地位,适应汽车工业迅速发展,不被时代所淘汰,只能够马不停蹄地研究开发新的、与众不同的车型,开拓扩展新的销售市场。汽车产业在不停地快速发展,在此大背景下,人们对汽车也有着越来越高的要求,并且由此出现了更多的对汽车设计的实用性和美观性等方面的要求,而汽车内部空间即汽车内饰的设计,则集中体现了这些要求。就在这样的背景情况之下,汽车制造厂商越发的重视起汽车内饰的设计起来,汽车内饰设计成为了当今汽车新车型开发过程中的一项重要内容,也成为了现在的销售市场上汽车的卖点之一。
