1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1.1 purpose of research

with the rise of the concept of greenlogistics, the development of electric logistic vehicles has becomeincreasingly rapid. the purpose of this study is to design the general layoutof a 2-tone pure electric logistics vehicle which is suitable for urbanlogistics transportation and delivery, with the freight logistic vehicles onthe market as the reference and based on the driving conditions of urbanworking conditions.

1.2 research significance

in today’s society, car ownership continuesto go up, and traditional internal combustion engine cars are still themainstream of automobile products. however, at the same time, the exhaust gasof traditional internal combustion engine vehicles contains a large amount ofharmful gases such as co#8322;, hc,no and pm[1]. therefore, developing new energyvehicles has also become an important direction of the development of theautomobile industry, which has been widely concerned by the government and theindustry.

in recent years, the increasing scale ofe-commerce and online shopping in china drives the rapid growth of modernlogistics industry, and thus gradually drives the demand for urban logisticsvehicles. at present, most of the city logistics companies use theconfiguration which combines electric tricycles and traditional diesel trucks. inthe process of distribution, electric tricycles generally have the defects oflow safety and insufficient cargo space, meanwhile, the high energy consumptionof traditional diesel trucks is always a big problem. in the process oflogistics, urban distribution belongs to the last kilometer service in thelogistics system. however, the continuous introduction of traffic restrictionsand “no vehicle may pass” policies in various regions makes urban distributionface the dilemma of “difficulty in entering cities, difficulty in loading andunloading, and difficulty in parking". in order to solve these problems,the electric urban logistics vehicle that has high safety, strong cargocarrying capacity and low energy consumption came into being and attractedattention from all sides which is suitable for commuting within the city.hence, the country also issued relevant policies to support the development ofelectric logistic vehicles.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1 objective of design

designing a pure electric logistics vehicleto meet the urban driving conditions. the vehicle is classified as light truck.this three-door vehicle has two seats, with full quality over 2000kg. the drivemotor, reducer and driving axle would be integrated into one-piece structure.the vehicle shall meet the maximum speed of 85km/h and the cruising range of260km. reference three-dimensional size:

4030*1620*1900mm, wheelbase: 2700mm.

2.2 basic contents of design

the composition of pure electric logisticsvehicle can be divided into the following parts: electric drive and controlsystem, power transmission system and logistics distribution function of theequipment. in the layout design, the content would be shown as follows:

3. 研究计划与安排

phase 1 (20th week of the 7th semester):confirm graduation project title, graduation design task book (relatedparameters) and collection of school materials.

phase 2 (week 1-2 of the 8th semester):project conception, literature search and completion of the report.

phase 3 (week 3-4 of the 8th semesters):literature translation and data collection.
