摘 要

编制招标文件是我们对自己所掌握的知识的一种检测，同时也是对自己动手能力的检测，所学的东西再多如果不会应用于现实，那么学再多也是没有用的，只有将所学的知识真正的在现实中得以运用，才算是真正的掌握了知识，纸上谈兵，终是竹篮打水一场空，所以国家现在对人才的培养也不仅仅局限于书本知识的考察，更是增添了动手能力的检测，培养出对知识能够理解并能够学以致用的全方位人才。本次毕业设计招标文件是以武汉诺亚方舟项目的设计图纸以及有关国家标准和行业规范为依据，结合武汉诺亚方舟项目的水文地质条件编制而成。

在毕业设计开始的准备时期，指导老师让我们查阅了有关的文献、合同条款和资料，并且让我们提前熟悉好毕业设计的图纸，了解相关计算规则。工程量清单的编制是我的主要内容。虽然在编制过程中遇到了许多的问题，但是我此次毕业设计还是在老师指导下成功完成。

我的毕业设计中用的是公开招标的方式，以综合评估法作为评标办法，工程量清单库用的是2013年湖北省最新版。

Abstract

The preparation of bidding documents is a kind of test of our own knowledge, and it is also a test of our own hands-on ability. If we learn more things, if we don’t apply them to reality, then learning more is useless. The knowledge of learning is truly used in reality, and it is really the mastery of knowledge. On paper, the bamboo baskets are filled with water. Therefore, the cultivation of talents in the country is not limited to the study of books, but it has also been added. The testing of hands-on ability develops a full range of talents who understand the knowledge and can apply it. This graduation design bidding document is based on the design drawings of Wuhan Noah's Ark project and relevant national standards and industry norms, combined with the hydrogeological conditions of Wuhan Noah's Ark project.

At the beginning of the graduation design, the instructor asked us to check the relevant documents, contract terms and materials, and let us familiarize ourselves with the graduation design drawings and understand the relevant calculation rules. The compilation of the bill of quantities is my main content. Although many problems were encountered during the preparation process, my graduation design was successfully completed under the guidance of the teacher.

In my graduation design, the method of public bidding was used. The comprehensive evaluation method was used as the evaluation method. The engineering quantity list library was the latest version of Hubei Province in 2013.

第1章 工程概况

1.本工程是由武汉诺亚集团有限公司开发，位于武汉市口区古田五路与汉西三路交汇处。本项目由9栋高层住宅楼、1栋小区配套商业、1栋幼儿园及2层地下室组成，居住总户数为1557户。规划用地面积4 4207.70m2 ,总建筑面积为26 4664 88m2，计容总建筑面积196178.30m2，其中物业管理用房建筑面积529 93m2，社区服务用房建筑面积321.92m2，配套商业建筑面积110 1206m2，幼儿园建筑面积19 4071m2。

2.建设规模: 本子项为一期工程的10#楼，采用剪力墙结构体系，有1个单元，共17层，1至17层均为住宅，共34套，占地面积为354 87m2，总建筑面积:562805m2。

3. 建筑层数及高度:自然层数17层的住宅楼，建筑高度为53000m。
