摘 要

本文通过将价值链理论引入营运资金绩效评价，构建了基于价值链的营运资金绩效评价体系，该体系旨在站在价值链的高度，从动态的角度展开营运资金绩效的分析，即将营运资金绩效评价分为营运资金投入、营运资金耗费及营运资金收回三大维度中的绩效评价，评价了营运资金的安全性、流动性、盈利性、发展变动、质量以及运营能力。此外，本文还通过案例分析，将基于价值链的营运资金绩效评价体系应用于具体企业，分析评价了该企业的营运资金绩效，将理论与实际结合，并最终提出改善建议。本文研究结果对于企业营运资金绩效的评价以及营运资金管理政策的制定具有重要的指导意义。

论文主要研究了价值链视角的营运资金绩效评价，并研究分析了具体案例的营运资金绩效。

研究结果表明：基于价值链的营运资金绩效评价体系能够更好地评价企业营运资金绩效，有利于企业营运资金管理政策的进一步制定。

本文的特色：本文从价值链视角切入，不同于较为普遍的传统视角；本文从纵向与横向结合的维度展开，不同于较为普遍的纵向维度单一展开；且本文通过案例分析完成了理论与实际的结合。

Abstract

This thesis introduces value chain theory into the evaluation of working capital performance and constructs a working capital performance appraisal system based on the value chain. This system aims to stand at the height of the value chain and analyzes the performance of working capital from a dynamic perspective. This system evaluates working capital performance from three dimensions (working capital investment, working capital expenditure, and working capital recovery).The working capital security, liquidity, profitability, development changes, quality, and operating capabilities were evaluated. In addition, through the case analysis, this thesis applies the working capital performance appraisal system based on the value chain to specific companies, analyzes and evaluates the company's working capital performance. Finally we combine theory with practice, and put forward suggestions for improvement. The research results of this thesis have important guiding significance for the evaluation of enterprises’ working capital performance and the formulation of working capital management policies.

The thesis mainly studies the performance appraisal of working capital from the perspective of value chain, and analyzes specific case’s working capital performance.

The results of the research show that: the operating capital performance appraisal system based on the value chain can better evaluate the performance of the company's working capital and is conducive to the further formulation of the corporate policy.

The characteristics of this article: This article cuts in from value chain, which is different from tradition; this thesis expands from vertical and horizontal dimensions; and this thesis combines the theory and practice.

从20世纪30年代起，管理学学者们开始广泛地关注营运资金管理。21世纪正是世界经济大发展大改革时期，国内国际经济形势的复杂程度大大提升，正确评价企业运营资金管理效率成为了企业发展的前提条件，要想在激烈的竞争中发展，必须提升自身营运资金管理效率，重视营运资金的绩效评价十分重要。营运资金绩效评价不但旨在考核企业营运资金运作情况，同时也旨在制定相关的管理政策，有效地管理企业的营运资金。但是，就目前已有研究而言，营运资金管理绩效方面的研究成果并不多，这是企业营运资金绩效提升的弊端。因此，要想进一步提升企业营运资金管理水平，需要对其展开更为深入的研究。

当今大多数营运资金绩效评价都是基于传统观念的，但是以传统观念为基础的评价体系从静态的角度展开评价，并非从动态的视角出发，这不利于营运资金的管理。此外，传统的评价体系注重单个要素的分析，这导致营运资金绩效评价的不全面。因此，该论文引入了价值链的概念，旨在通过引入价值链探讨营运资金管理绩效评价，并通过案例分析将理论与实际结合，最终提出改进建议。
