摘 要
本次课题研究的是轮胎式龙门起重机的液压系统。相较于传统的电控驱动系统,液压驱动有着电能驱动所不能达到的一些优点和特点,比较适用于大型的起重机。采用液压驱动系统可以达到如下的优点:(1)可使得起重机起升过程平稳,起升速度也可以达到无级变速控制;(2)可以简化传动机构,减少零件数目,使得整机结构更加简化,减低成本;(3)由于采用液压驱动,元件可以实现自动润滑,延长使用寿命;(4)承载能力大,可用于起升载重较大的机构.鉴于以上这些优点,设计了全液压驱动的轮胎式龙门起重机。
本文主要研究了:起升机构的及设计,设计采用液压缸作为起升机构;横移机构(小车运行)的分析及设计;采用液压缸作为横移的工作机构;行走机构的设计:行走采用对角式的双液压马达进行驱动;转向机构的设计:转向机构则采用液压缸作为转向机构,使用全液压转向器来操控车轮进行偏转。
本文的特色在于采用负载敏感比例多路换向阀把起升机构和横移机构并联在一起,由变量泵供油,行走机构则采用了闭式回路,减少了溢流节流损失,提高了效率。

Abstract
The project is about the hydraulic system of the tire type Longmen crane.Compared with the traditional electric drive system, the hydraulic drive has some advantages and characteristics that can not be achieved by the electric power drive.The hydraulic drive system can be used to achieve the following advantages:(1)It can makes the crane lifting process smoothly, lifting speed can also achieve the stepless speed change control;(2)The utility model can simplify the transmission mechanism and reduce the number of parts, so that the whole structure is simplified and the cost is reduced;(3)Due to the use of hydraulic driven, components can be realized automatic lubrication, extend the service life;(4)Bearing capacity, can be used for lifting load larger institutions.Because of the above advantages, the so I design the tire type Longmen crane drive by hydraulic。
This paper mainly studies:Design of lifting mechanism , and use the hydraulic cylinder as the lifting mechanism;Analysis and design of the traversing mechanism (car running) :and use the hydraulic cylinder as the working mechanism of the traverse;The design of the walking mechanism: walking with the diagonal type of dual hydraulic motor drive; Design of steering mechanism: steering mechanism is the use of hydraulic cylinder as a steering mechanism, the use of the full hydraulic steering wheel to control the steering wheel deflection.
The characteristic of this paper is a load sensitive and proportional multi way directional valve from the lifting mechanism and the sliding mechanism is connected in parallel, by variable pump oil, walking mechanism is used closed loop, reduce the overflow throttle loss, improve the efficiency.
