摘 要

股利政策的制定是上市公司理财活动的重要环节之一，是公司与投资者之间连接的重要途径。股利政策是指公司的股东大会或者董事会针对与股利有关的一切事项，所采取的一些原则行做法，是关于公司是否发放股利、发放多少股利以及何时发放股利等方面的方针和策略，所涉及的主要是公司对其收益进行分配还是留存以用于再投资的策略问题。

白酒是中国人特有的酒类饮品，白酒行业是中国股票市场特有的一部分。由于白酒在中国人心目的特殊地位，白酒行业也自然受到不少人的关注，在2013年之前的十多年内，白酒行业保持了高速的增长和飞速的发展，但是随着国家政策的变动，在2013年之后，白酒行业进入了寒冬期，直到最近一两年才有了比较明显的回暖。上市公司的股票价格是体现公司价值的一个方面，直接影响着股民对企业的投资兴趣，而股利政策又紧密联系着每个股民，股利政策如何影响股价以及不同股利政策对股价有何影响是十分值得探讨的。

本文首先在总体上说明了上市公司股利政策的国内外研究现状和股利政策与股票价格的相关理论，然后对白酒行业的上市公司股利分配的情况进行了分析，了解白酒行业股利分配的方式以及比例，进而进行数据的收集与分析,并利用国泰安数据库以及Excel软件对实验数据进行实证分析。发现白酒行业上市公司的股利政策对股价有着较为显著的影响作用，并且得出结论：对于白酒行业上市公司而言，投资者比较偏好现金股利而不太喜欢混合股利，现金股利与股价呈正相关，而混合股利与股价呈负相关关系。

Abstract

Dividend policy is one of the important parts of companies’ financial activities. It is the bridge between the company and the investors. Dividend policy is decided by the general meeting of shareholders of the company and the board of directors for all matters related to the dividend, considering whether the company paid out in dividends, how much dividends should be paid and other aspects of the strategy. Dividend policy mainly help to decide whether a company should paid out in dividends or retain for reinvestment.

Chinese spirit is a unique Chinese liquor drinks, Chinese spirit industry is a unique part of the Chinese stock market. Because of Chinese unique complex to the Chinese spirit, the spirit industry has drawn lots of people's attention. The first 10 years of 21 century, spirit industry maintained rapid growth and got well developed, but with the change of national policy, in 2013, the spirit industry entered the winter period and not pick up until the last couple of years. The stock prices of listed companies is an expression of the value of the company, and has a direct impact on investors of enterprise investment interest. On the other hand, dividend policy contact with each of the investors. Therefore, how the dividend policy influence stock prices, as well as how different dividend policy have influence on stock price is very worthy of discussion.

Firstly in general, the article illustrates the basic theory status at home and abroad, then it analyzed current situation and characteristics of dividend distribution on the listed companies of spirit industry. Next, by understand the dividend distribution of the spirit industry, it collected data and made empirical analysis by using the CSMAR database and Excel software. It found that spirit industry listed company's dividend policy has a significant effect on stock price and come to the conclusion: for the spirit industry listed companies, investors prefer cash dividend rather than mixed dividend, cash dividend and stock prices are positively correlated, while the mixed dividend and stock price showed a negative correlation.

我国的资本市场是一个新兴的发展中国家市场。由于我国股市发展历史较短，起步较晚以及国民消费和投资习惯的原因，股市在国民经济中的地位很晚才得以确定。近年来股票市场颇为受到大众的关注，越来越多的人投入到资本市场并且学习股票有关的理论知识，对于股票市场方面的研究显得越来越受用。

我国的学术研究对于股利理论的研究相对较少，其实证分析文献相对不足。此外，我国股民对于股市里的收益十分看重，无论是股利的分配还是股价的变动都与股民的利益息息相关，股利政策与股价变动之间的关系的研究与股民的利益是紧密联系的。同时，白酒是我国特有的酒类饮品，中国人对于白酒有着独特的情感，白酒行业知名度较高，部分知名酒品可以说是家喻户晓，由于近期白酒行业市场回暖，其投资价值显现。因此，在回顾国内外有关现有的股利理论的基础上，运用科学合理的研究方法，对中国的上市公司进行股利政策影响的研究很有意义。
