摘 要

随着现代物流的发展，又因为受到城市交通状况的影响，有关城市物流的“外部不经 济”状况开始吸引人们的注意力。在金融危机的环境下，如何优化城市物流共同配送车辆调度，最大限度的提高企业物流资源的使用效率，消除不必要的物流环节，降低企业的物流成本，在提升物流服务质量的同时获取最大的经济效益，因此本文对共同配送车辆调度优 化研究具有十分重要的意义。

文章首先介绍了城市物流共同配送的含义，分析了共同配送模式的特点及其分类与发 展历程，阐述共同配送为企业带来的效益。其次，从车辆调度模型着手，介绍了城市物流 配送中心车辆调度优化，即车辆配送路径的优化模型。分析其组成要素，确定配送车辆调 度模型的结构及其优化目标。最后，对车辆调度模型进行具体的描述，同时分析配送过程 中所产生的配送运输成本，并构建配送成本函数表达式，同时提出相关约束条件，构建基 于配送成本最低的共同配送车辆调度优化模型。本文末尾采用了人工计算、软件程序计算 的两种方法，进行模拟算例求解分析，由此表明城市物流共同配送方案的存在优势，为想 出城市物流配送的优化方案提供借鉴。

Abstract

Because of the development of modern logistics and the influence of urban traffic, the "external economy" of the urban logistics conditions began to arouse people's attention.Under the environment of the financial crisis, how to optimize the urban logistics distribution vehicle scheduling, come to the greatest extent of improving the utilization efficiency of enterprise logistics resources, eliminate unnecessary logistics link, reduce the logistics cost of enterprises, while improving the quality of logistics service to obtain the biggest economic benefit.Therefore, in this paper, the joint distribution vehicle scheduling optimization research has the very vital significance.

At first, the article introduced the meaning of city logistics joint distribution, this paper analyzed the characteristics of joint distribution model and its classification and development course of this joint distribution bring benefits for the enterprise.Secondly, from the vehicle scheduling model, this paper introduces the city logistics distribution center the vehicle scheduling optimization, namely vehicle distribution routing optimization model.Analysis of the elements, to determine the structure of the distribution vehicle scheduling model and its optimization goal.Finally, specific description of the vehicle scheduling model, and analysis of the distribution produced in the process of distribution, transportation costs and build distribution cost function, and puts forward relevant constraints, building based on the lowest cost of joint distribution vehicle scheduling optimization model.At the end of this article adopted two kinds of method to compute the artificial calculation, software program, simulated example solving analysis, suggesting that the existence of urban logistics joint distribution scheme superiority, to comeupwiththecitylogisticsdistributionoptimizationscheme for reference.

第1章 绪论

1.1选题背景和意义

随着经济的发展，物流产业作为第三利润源，已逐渐被每个人的注意，现代通讯技术的支持下，计算机技术、现代管理技术、物流企业已经从最初提供仓储、运输和其他单一的服务项目，扩展到为企业提供完整的物流解决方案，提供一站式供应链服务^[1]。现代物流的发展不仅有利于提高企业的竞争力，也为了优化资源配置，还可以提高经济运行的效率。可以降低物流服务成本，帮助提高整体物流服务的质量，提高物流服务的效率，物流配送车辆调度优化问题是非常重要的。正确有效合理地进行车辆调度，可以有效地减少车辆的空载率，提高车辆资源的利用率，同时降低运输成本（例如有修理费、油耗费、路桥费、人工等等），进而提高企业的经济效益。

之前的货物运输配送系统，由于以前的客户对商品的需求量比较少，而且那个时候商品本身的类别也很少，通过储存较多的存货以及制定比较长的订货周期，零售商由此可以来降低供货商的配送频率，这样也能够起到降低运输成本的作用^[2]。然而如今的配送系统中，零售商们一方面为了避免资金的积压另一方面又想为客户提供多品种的商品，自然要降低单种商品的存储量，与此同时还不能忽略一点，那就是要为客户展示最佳的服务水准(不允许出现缺货断货的现象)。针对对商品存储和运输过程提出有效的整体布局方案使得配送成本降低就是物流配送中心所起的作用。
