摘 要

物流行业是国民经济中的新兴产业，它代表着21世纪经济增长的转折点。作为物流业的主体，物流企业比较庞杂，物流企业的规模以中小型居多，且规范程度不高，服务质量较低，可持续发展及创新能力比较弱。而21世纪更是以服务业及服务活动为主导的社会。物流企业服务的创新化发展，客户多元化、个性化的需求以及行业竞争的加剧，迫使物流企业必须快速顺应现代物流的发展，踏上服务创新之路。而物流创新不同于一般的制造业创新，具有无形性等特殊之处，需要进行探究，以便为现代物流企业服务创新提供实践指导。

论文结合理论与实际，对我国物流企业服务创新模式与路径进行研究。本文第一章分析我国物流企业服务创新的发展现状。在第二章中描述物流服务、创新、服务创新及物流服务创新的概念与特点。然后查找相关资料与企业网站，于第三章列举几个物流企业服务创新的案例，分析出物流企业服务创新的创新模式，包括供应链纵向服务创新模式与跨界融合服务创新模式，并从企业出发，通过内部、外部及交互方面探讨其影响因素。第四章针对武汉中江实业有限责任公司的发展现状，结合前文内容，提出适应中江实业物流服务创新的创新模式与创新路径，并在最后做出经济效益评价。

Abstract

Logistics industry is the emerging industry in national economy, it is representing the turning point of economic growth in the 21st century. As the main body of logistics industry, logistics enterprises are complex, the scale of the them are small and medium-sized in the majority. What’s more, there is low standardization degree, low service quality, and weak sustainable development and the innovation ability of them. While, the 21st century is a service-led society. Because of innovation development of the logistics enterprise service, diversified and personalized demand of the customer, and industry competition, they are compelled to go with the rapid development of modern logistics, and set foot on the service innovation. While, logistics innovation is different from general manufacturing innovation, it has the particularities, such as invisibility etc. It has to be researched to provide practical guidance for the service innovation of them.

The study of the innovation mode and path of logistics enterprise service is made in this article, by combining theory with practice. The present situation of logistics enterprise service innovation is analyed in the chaper 1. In the chaper 2, some concepts and features are described, like the logistics service, innovation, service innovation and logistics service innovation. And then several cases are list in the chaper 3, by finding relevant information and enterprise website. By the way, their innovation mode are analyzed, including the vertical supply chain service innovation patterns and cross-border integration service innovation patterns. In addition, to enterprise as the starting point, the influencing factors are also discussed, from internal, external and interactive aspects. In the chaper 4, in view of the development situation of Zhongjiang Wuhan Industrial Co., Ltd, and according to the above content, the innovation model and innovation path of its logistics service are put forward, and the economic benefit analysis is made at last.

1）研究目的

21世纪是以服务业及服务活动为主导的世纪。物流业是我国国民经济中的一个新兴的产业，是我国21世纪国民经济的新的增长点^[1]。

随着信息技术和电子商务的发展，企业的采购、生产、销售、配送的关系日趋复杂，企业之间的竞争已不单是产品质量和价格的竞争，也包含物流服务能力的竞争。我国物流服务经过多年的发展逐步形成了以市场调节为主的运行机制，各种物流基础设施投资不断加强^[12]。但是，我国物流服务还没有形成一个比较完整的体系，处于初级发展阶段。

本文将简要分析我国物流服务创新的现状与研究现状；通过理论与实际相结合的方法，研究物流服务创新的概念体系与创新模式；结合相关物流企业服务创新案例，通过案例分析，将它们相互结合与比较，最终得出较为完整的及具体的物流服务的创新模式、影响因素；最后，重点研究武汉中江实业有限责任公司的发展现状，结合物流企业服务创新模式与影响因素分析，找到其适合的服务创新模式，提出具有建设性意见的创新路径。
