MQ4050单臂架门座起重机变幅机构设计毕业论文

摘 要
本次设计的是MQ4050单臂架门座起重机变幅机构,主要内容为起重机总体设计包括确定起重机的总体结构型式及主尺寸;完成货物水平位移补偿系统设计;臂架自重平衡补偿系统设计;完成整机风载荷计算;整机重量重心计算;整机抗倾覆稳定性校验、轮压计算等。再完成变幅机构驱动电动机、减速器、联轴器、制动器等的选型计算。最后运用CAD软件进行绘图,SolidWorks软件进行三维建模。

Abstract
This design is MQ4050 single arm rack door crane luffing mechanism and main contents for crane overall design includes determining the crane's overall structure types and main dimensions; finished goods level displacement compensation system design; boom weight balancing compensation system was designed; the completion of machine wind load calculation;
Weight center of gravity calculation of the whole machine, the stability of the whole machine to check the stability of the wheel pressure calculation, etc.. Then complete the selection calculation of the driving motor, reducer, coupling, brake and so on. At last, the CAD software is used to draw, and the SolidWorks software is used to carry out the 3D model.
