摘 要

项目管理工作是高校和各个企业的重要工作之一，随着高校和企业的项目、科研成果不断增多，项目管理工作也变得愈加繁琐，为了提高项目管理工作的效率，本次设计实现了项目协作管理系统。

本文主要介绍了项目协作管理系统设计与实现过程的主要理论和技术基础，并在借鉴目前成功的项目管理系统设计与开发经验的基础上，对项目协作管理系统的功能需求和非功能需求进行了深入分析，提出了切实可行的系统开发目标。在技术方面，系统采用Java Web 技术，基于三层体系结构的 B/S 结构，以Eclipse为系统平台，以 Java为编程语言，以 SQL Server 2012 为后台数据库。在系统用户方面，主要包含了项目成员、项目管理员、系统管理员三个角色，并根据相应的功能需求设置了系统权限。在功能模块方面，系统由用户登录模块、系统用户管理模块、项目管理模块、项目进度管理模块、评价管理模块五个主要部分组成，实现了项目管理的信息化和自动化。开发完成后对系统进行了调试和测试，根据测试结果显示，该系统的基本功能都已实现，能够对项目进行有效的管理。

Abstract

Project management is one of the important work of colleges and universities and individual enterprise, as colleges and businesses to the rising number of projects、scientific research, project management also becomes more complicated, in order to improve the efficiency of project management, the project collaboration management system was implemented.

The thesis mainly introduces the project collaboration management system design and implementation process of the main theory and technology base, and in reference to the current success of the project management system design and development experience, on the basis of the project coordination management system functional requirements and non-functional requirements carried on the thorough analysis, put forward the feasible system development goals. In terms of technology, the system uses Java Web technology, based on the three tier architecture of the B/S structure, with Eclipse as the system platform, with Java as the programming language, Server SQL 2012 as the background database. In terms of users of the system, mainly includes the project members, project manager, system administrators, three roles, and according to the corresponding functional requirements set the permissions system. In terms of function modules, system consists of user login module, user management module, project management module, project schedule management module, assessment management module of five main parts, to achieve the project management informatization and automation. Development has carried on the debugging and testing is completed on the system, according to the test results show that the basic function of the system are realized, can carry on the effective management to the project.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景及意义

项目管理工作是各科研单位和企业的重要工作之一，项目管理是指把各种系统、方法和人员结合在一起，在规定的时间、预算和质量目标范围内完成项目的各项工作。项目的管理是一项涉及面广、推进周期长，且复杂繁琐的工作，从涉及范围来看，包括人员管理、项目管理、成果及经费管理等。我国目前很多项目管理工作仍需依赖人工或半人工来进行，通过 一些办公软件来储存和处理大量的数据，甚至用很多打印纸质文档作为备案存档。随着项目来源愈加增多，信息量分散复杂，使得保存和查找存在很多困难。人工方式不仅难以及时有效的掌握最新的科研情况，而且为项目管理增加许多工作量，也影响到科学决策^[1]。另外，项目各成员之间缺少一种快捷、高效的沟通方式，导致了一种尴尬境地的出现，即项目参与人员无法及时获取项目信息，而管理部门难以对在研项目进行科学管理。

随着国家对科技的重视，各科研单位和企业的项目及研究成果急剧增加，因此对项目的管理监督就显得十分重要，但仅仅依靠传统的人工或半人工管理体系难以保证项目的顺利实施，必须提高项目的科学化、信息化管理水平，利用先进的管理手段和现代化的管理技术，建立一套科学的项目管理操作流程，利用先进的信息技术和网络技术保证项目流程的顺利施行^[2]。本次设计的目的在于利用现代计算机技术实现项目协作管理系统，系统地实现用户信息管理、项目信息管理和到期任务提醒等功能。
