论促进女性公平就业的立法出路——完善社会保障制度毕业论文

摘 要
女性作为人类社会的半边天,在社会生活中发挥着至关重要的作用。但由于多种原因导致女性的公平就业权利得不到保障。近年来,国家为促进女性公平就业,相继颁布了一系列法律,出台了一系列措施来保障女性的公平就业,虽然起到了一定的效果,但仍然存在很多的不足。全面二胎政策实施之后,女性公平就业的现状更加严峻。为促进女性公平就业,本文从社会保障的角度来分析如何促进女性的公平就业。首先阐述了女性公平就业的内涵及我国女性公平就业的现状,其次分析了我国现行社会保障制度的不足及对女性公平就业的影响,然后对比分析了社会保障制度健全国家对女性公平就业的积极影响,在文章的最后从社会保障立法的的角度提出针对性的完善建议,包括完善生育保险制度等,促进女性的公平就业。

Abstract
Women as part of human society, plays a crucial role in social life. However, due to a variety of causes fair employment rights of women can not be guaranteed. In recent years, countries to promote fair employment of women, has promulgated a series of laws, the introduction of a series of measures to ensure fair employment of women, though played a certain effect, but there are still many deficiencies. After the two-child policy to implement a comprehensive, fair employment status of women is more severe.In order to promote fair employment of women, from the point of view of social security in this paper to analyze how to promote fair employment of women. First elaborated Situation said female employment equity connotation and China Women fair employment, followed by analysis of deficiencies of the current social security system and its impact on women employment equity, and comparative analysis of the positive impact of the social security system and improve the state of women fair employment in Finally, specific recommendations from the perspective of improving the social security legislation of the articles, including improving the maternity insurance system, promote fair employment of women.
