摘 要

科技型中小企业对于我国经济持续稳定发展具有重要意义，解决其筹资难题不只能促进其发展，还能促进我国经济快速发展。

本文运用文献研究法了解科技型中小企业的概况；运用规范分析法与定性分析法对科技型中小企业的自身特点进行归纳总结；运用描述性研究法对本文中提到的理论进行叙述；运用类比推理和分析综合的方法对科技型中小企业筹资的主要筹资方式和筹资需求进行分析并发现问题；运用理论分析法探讨科技型中小企业筹资难的原因；运用经验总结法针对原因提出改进意见。

本文第一部分是绪论，主要阐述选题的目的、意义，国内外关于这方面研究的现状和本文的研究内容和研究方法；第二部分介绍科技型中小企业的特点，主要筹资方式和筹资需求特点；第三部分介绍其融资难的具体表现；第四部分针对第三部分提出的筹资难题，分析总结筹资难的原因；第五部分，针对第四部分阐述的原因，给出相应的针对内部和外部的改进意见；第六部分是一个成功案例的案例分析，通过分析其融资方式的发展历程，总结出值得借鉴的地方。

Abstract

To solve the financing problems of hi-tech SMEs, not only of great significance to promoting the healthy development of hi-tech SMEs, but also of great significance to promoting the economy in a sustained and stable way.

In this paper, using literature research to have an overview of hi-tech SMEs; Through normative analysis and qualitative analysis to summarize the characteristics of hi-tech SMEs; Using descriptive research method to describe the theory referred in the paper; Through analogy reasoning and comprehensive analysis to analysis the main methods of financing and financing needs of hi-tech SMEs and identify problems; using theoretical analysis to investigate the reasons for difficulties have mentioned ; using lessons learned method to suggest improvements for the cause.

The first part is an introduction, mainly expound the purpose, meaning of the topic, the status of research at home and abroad, the content and the research methods of this article; the second part describes the characteristics of hi-tech SMEs, mainly financing modes and financing features; the third part introduces the specific performance of hi-tech SMEs financing difficult; the fourth part analyzed internal and external reasons from two parts, on the bases of the third part of hi-tech SMEs financing difficulties faced; the fifth part, give the appropriate internal and external improvements targeting at the reasons; the sixth part is the case of a relatively successful development of hi-tech SMEs analysis, by analyzing the development process of their financing, summed places worth learning.

科技型中小企业是高科技成果的载体，对于推动经济发展，搞活经济和提高经济效率具有十分重要的意义。然而，科技型中小企业面临的筹资问题却始终限制着其发展，这不仅是中国的难题，也是世界的难题。

本文试图通过该研究，在明确科技型中小企业的特点，了解目前其运用的一些主要筹资方式以及其对于筹资的需求，分析其筹资需求和筹资方法的不匹配总结出其面临的困难后，针对问题的表现分析造成科技型中小企业筹资难的原因并得出相应的改进措施，帮助科技型中小企业解决其在筹资上遇到的各种困难，推动其发展。

1.1.2 研究意义

研究科技型中小企业筹资问题的意义有以下几点：

第一，有利于加强社会和政府对科技型中小企业的关注。这项研究可以增强社会和政府有关部门对科技型中小企业筹资难问题的重要性和紧迫性认识。另外，帮助解决科技型中小企业的筹资难题对于我国经济发展有很重要的意义。
