摘 要

本文以“武汉红色旅游资源”为研究对象，通过调查问卷、访谈、经验总结的方法分析武汉“红色旅游资源”开发利用研究的现状、问题及发展前景，最后从发展武汉“红色旅游”产业、开发“红色旅游”资源、创新发展形式、政府工作及对青少年的教育等几方面提出相应的可行对策。

所得结果对于认识和利用武汉红色旅游资源、发展武汉红色旅游产业和制造特色旅游产品具有重要的指导意义。

论文主要研究了开发武汉红色旅游的发展思路，使武汉红色旅游产业发挥长期效益。通过对武汉红色旅游资源的文化遗产价值进行深入剖析，并结合红色旅游资源的本质属性，构建武汉红色旅游资源文化遗产保护利用开发评价体系。

研究结果表明：红色旅游资源对我国的发展具有重要意义,要合理开发利用武汉的红色旅游资源,让旅游发挥其应有的价值造福于武汉人民。

本文的特色：利用问卷调查和访谈法总结武汉的红色旅游资源开发利用发展现状，找出红色旅游发展的不足，借鉴其他红色旅游城市的成功经验提出发展武汉红色旅游资源的可行性对策。

Abstract

In this paper, "Wuhan red tourism resources," as the research object, through questionnaires, interviews, lessons learned to analyze the current development of Wuhan "red tourism resources," the study, problems and development prospects, and finally from the development of Wuhan "red tourism" industry, development of "red tourism" propose appropriate and feasible countermeasures several resources, innovative forms of development, government and education for young people.
The results for the understanding and use of red tourism resources in Wuhan, Wuhan development of red tourism industry and tourism products manufacturing has an important guiding significance.
Thesis：the development of red tourism development ideas in Wuhan, make Wuhan red tourism industry to play a long-term benefit. Through cultural heritage values ​​of the red tourism resources in-depth analysis, and the "World Heritage Convention Implementation Guide" as a guide, combined with the essential attribute of red tourism resources, build red tourism resources of cultural heritage value evaluation system.
The results show that: Red tourism resources has great significance to the development of our country, to be rational development and utilization of tourism resources in Wuhan red, so travel to play its proper value for the benefit of the people of Wuhan.

1.1研究背景及意义

红色旅游与其他普通意义上的旅游相比，具有特殊的象征意义，其内涵是指与革命抗战时期中国共产党领导广大人民抛头颅、洒热血所在的地区环境或标志的建筑物等有关的悼念区域。红色旅游区域融入了抗战时期的深刻内涵，因此组织并且迎接广大游客们进行怀想先烈的学习、旅行观光的趣味性参观活动就具非常伟大的含义。在此基础之上形成的红色文化更是对后世影响深远，除了德育价值以外, 另有更普及的社会价值、经济价值和文化价值。

武汉市红色旅游可以带来良好的经济效益，也可以通过此项活动继承发扬伟大中华民族革命精神、团结全国各族人民、增强民族凝聚力。21世纪旅游成为人们业余生活的一大乐趣，因此通过发展武汉红色旅游，使武汉人民及全国各地游客能够了解到党领导武汉人民艰苦卓绝的革命斗争历史，从而让人们加强对党的热爱，珍惜现有来之不易的和平生活，满腔热血的投入到社会主义现代化建设中来。发展红色旅游文化对各个方面的发展有益：增强中华文化的深刻内涵、培养团结一致的爱国情怀、丰富教育形式、拓宽青少年的眼界和胸襟、进一步保护和开发革命历史文化遗产、衍生出新的旅游业增长点等。
