摘 要
随着我国的经济快速的发展,我国各行各业都呈现出快速高效发展的状态,餐饮业同样如此,近些年处于高速发展的状态,有非常好的前景。但在快速发展的同时,我们就很容易发现这个行业存在的一些问题,在许多餐饮行业的日常经营中普遍都采用人力手动作业来完成日常的经营管理,整个运营工作信息化程度低。随着餐饮业的继续发展,这种通过人力来完成日常运营管理的方式无疑会阻碍餐饮业的发展。这样一来,寻找一个有效率的经营管理方式,对提高餐饮业的整体水平是十分必要的。为了解决我过餐饮业的这些问题,我们必须寻找到一个有效的途径,餐饮管理信息系统就是十分必要的。
本论文主要针对中小型酒店的管理中存在的解决问题,结合管理信息系统,将企业的日常工作与管理信息系统结合起来,让企业的日常运营管理能够更加地高速、高校、合理化、规范化,使管理基础数据更加准确化。并且使酒店的工作人员从繁杂的手工作业中解放出来,实现轻松高效,为经营决策提供了快捷和强大的数据支持。餐饮管理信息系统从长远看可以为酒店提供更高的经济效益,因为它能够使酒店员工的工作效率大大提高,员工更多的精力可以放在更多的提高服务质量上,从而为企业吸引更多的顾客。
