摘 要

随着计算机和网络技术的高速发展，人们的工作和生活已经进入到了信息化时代。Android作为当前最流行的操作平台，自然也存在着大量的应用服务需求。 

社团管理作为一种信息资源的集散地，它服务于学校以及学习生活的方方面面，是校园内一个举足轻重的单位，其运行和管理就显得尤为重要。采用管理系统是能够有效提高管理效率的。

本文以实际运用为开发背景，运用软件工程原理和开发方法，采用安卓技术构建一个社团管理。整个开发过程首先对系统进行需求分析，得出系统主要功能，数据流图及数据字典。接着对系统进行总体设计和详细设计。总体设计主要包括用户端有登录、注册、用户管理和流程管理等功能；服务器端有管理员的分类管理、管理员用户管理等功能，详细设计主要包括系统数据库访问的实现，主要功能模块的具体实现，模块实现关键代码等。最后对系统进行了功能测试，并对测试结果进行了分析总结，得出系统的不足及需要改进的地方，为以后的系统维护提供了方便，同时也为今后开发类似系统提供了借鉴和帮助。

Abstract

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, people's work and life have entered the information age. Android as the most popular operating platform, naturally, there are a lot of applications and services needs.

Community management as an information resource distribution center, which serves the school, and learning all aspects of life, the campus is a pivotal unit, its operation and management is particularly important. Use management system is able to effectively improve management efficiency.

In this paper, the background for the development of practical application, the use of software engineering principles and development methods, using Android technology to build a community management. First, the entire development process of the system demand analysis, the system main functions, data flow diagrams and data dictionary. Then the system overall design and detailed design. The overall design includes a client have a login, registration, user management, and process management functions; server administrator category management, the administrator user management functions, including the detailed design for system database access, the main function of the specific modules implementation, module key codes. Finally, the system functional testing, and the test results were analyzed and summarized, and results less need to improve the system for the future maintenance of the system to provide a convenient, but also for the future development of similar systems to provide a reference and help.

第一章绪论

随着互联网的发展，人们已经进入各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。当然计算机作为应用的一部分，通过计算机来对新生报到进行管理，这要比传统的人工进行社团管理的优点多的多。如：检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、时间长、成本低等。这些优点在社团管理系统能够为用户提供充足的信息量。在这之前，社团管理一直使用的是传统人工的方式来管理信息，但这种管理方式也自然存在着许多不好的地方，如：效率低、保密性差、随着时间的不断增长信息的数据的增加，后期查找更新都会花费很到的人力物力。随着互联网技术的不断提高，计算机科学日渐成熟，其强大的功能已为人们提高了个人管理的效率，也是企业的科学化、正规化管理，与世界接轨的重要条件。因此，开发这样一套社团管理系统是很有必要的。
