摘 要

本文以苏南、温州和珠江三角洲地区为研究区域，探究文化对区域经济发展的影响以及不同文化体系下区域经济发展的异同。苏南、温州和珠江三角洲地区分别受到吴文化、瓯越文化和岭南文化的影响。自改革开放以来，各自形成了独特鲜明的经济发展模式——苏南模式、温州模式和珠江模式。文本采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法。研究吴文化、瓯越文化和岭南文化的内涵特征，并基于此定性分析三个地区经济发展模式不同阶段的特点、演变。定量分析从两个角度展开，一方面从GDP、人均GDP和产业结构等经济数据比较三个地区的经济发展差异；另一方面将文化量化成企业家精神和人力资本两个指标，这两个指标再量化成相应的指标数据，可以定量地分析文化对经济发展的影响以及各地区之间的差异。通过研究发现，文化会影响区域经济发展的特点、轨迹和发展状况。苏南、温州和珠江三角洲在企业家精神方面具有较大的差异，在人力资本方面差异性小。

Abstract

In this paper, Sunan, Wenzhou and Pearl River Delta region as for the study area, exploring the impact of culture on regional economic development and similarities and differences in different cultural system of regional economic development. Sunan, Wenzhou and Pearl River Delta region are affected respectively by Wu culture, Ouyue culture and Lingnan culture. Since the reform and opening up, they formed their own unique and distinctive model of economic development - Sunan Mode, Wenzhou model and the Pearl River mode. This paper used qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Studying characteristics of Wu culture, Ouyue culture and Lingnan culture, and based on which to qualitatively analyze the characters and evolutions of different phases in three distinct regions. Quantitative analysis were showed from two angles. On the one hand, analyzing the economic data, such as GDP, Per Capita GDP and industrial structure, to compare the economic evolutionary differences of these regions. On the other hand, culture was quantized into two dimensions, the entrepreneur- ship and human capital. These two dimensions which quantized to the corresponding index data, can be quantitatively analyze in the impact of culture on economic development as well as the differences between regions. The research shows that culture can affect the characteristics of regional economic development, and development of the track. Sunan, Wenzhou and the Pearl River Delta has a greater difference in entrepreneurship and small differences in human capital.

第一章 绪论

1.1引言

区域经济与地域文化相互影响、相辅相成。然而文化与区域发展有着怎样具体的关系和作用呢？不同的体系下，区域发展的轨迹、特点又会有哪些不同呢？

不同区域的经济发展与地理位置、文化传统、国家政策等方面有重大的关系。其中，文化对地域经济发展的影响不易直观、具体地体现，但是却有着重大的作用。例如，地处欧洲西海岸的葡萄牙和西班牙在海洋文化的熏陶影响下勇敢地开拓海上航线、发展海上贸易，都曾经成为垄断海上贸易的霸主。相比之下，郑和七下西洋，却不曾为那时之中国带来现实的利益。中国是农业文明的国度，这就造成了其在海上发展的局限。

在不同的文化体系下，区域经济发展的轨迹表现出不同的特点。那么，文化特质与经济的发展是否具有内在的联系呢？
