摘 要

民营经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。科技创新是推动生产发展，保障经济平稳运行的重要支撑。湖北在中部经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用，但转型期经济面临诸多不确定性，突如其来的疫情又让湖北经济发展遭遇巨大挫折，大部分民营企业面临关门倒闭的风险，因此探究科技创新对湖北民营经济发展的作用，能够进一步了解湖北民营企业的发展情况，并为湖北民营经济的蓄力发展提供有建设性的建议。

通过对查阅丰富文献，本文首先对科技创新与民营经济进行了概念界定，之后查阅湖北省统计年鉴，发现近年来湖北省民营企业在科技创新投入上实现了快速增长，同时民营经济也得到了相应的发展。选取指标分别对民营企业科技创新水平与民营经济发展进行了定量分析，后回归分析发现而二者有一定的相关性。文章最后从科技创新的角度，提出了推动湖北省民营经济发展的有关建议。

Abstract

Private economy plays a significant socialist market economy . Technology innovation is the development of production and it can ensure steady economic operation . The economy of Hubei province carries a big weight in the midland of China, but the economy have gotten a new situation, which will confront many uncertainties, the sudden outbreak and economic development of Hubei province suffered a huge setback, Plenty of private enterprises even cannot open till tomorrow come, accordingly, it can help us to comprehend more about the economic transformation of private economy in Hubei when we try to figure out the effect of scientific and technological innovation on private enterprises in Hubei, and then we can supply meaningful suggestion for private economy in Hubei province.

After referred to many papers , this article uses some definition more specific to describe the private economy and the technological innovation , after review of statistical yearbook of Hubei province, found that in recent years, the science and technology innovation investment of private enterprises in Hubei had a rapid growth, meanwhile, the private economy in Hubei also got the corresponding development. indicators respectively to civilian battalion enterprise innovation of science and technology level and development of private economy has carried on the quantitative analysis, regression analysis found that while both have certain relevance finally from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation. Then from the angle of technology innovation, this article gives some suggestions related to how to promote the development of private economy in Hubei province at last.
