摘 要

从汽车产业进入中国至今，已经经过了很多年的发展，汽车产业凭借着它的特点在国民总经济里占据了一席之地。然而现在汽车行业的竞争，并不是局限于单一的企业战略之间的竞争，更多的是供应链之间的竞争。所以，衡量其产业供应链竞争力、分析该产业供应链存在的问题，并提出相关建议，成为非常重要的话题。

本文首先阐述了产业供应链、产业竞争力和供应链竞争力评价相关研究成果。然后分析了我国汽车产业供应链结构特征，并用SWOT法分析发展现状。在此基础上，借鉴产业竞争力和供应链竞争力评价方法建立汽车产业供应链竞争力评价指标体系，采用AHP赋权并对指标进行一致性的检验，用模糊综合评价法建立汽车产业供应链竞争力评价模型。最后以三个地区的汽车产业供应链为研究样本，利用21个指标进行实证分析，并根据评价结果提出相关建议。

本文建立的汽车产业供应链竞争力评价指标体系和评价方法可供汽车行业参考。

Abstract

It has been many years since the automobile industry entered China, and the automobile industry has occupied a place in the national economy by virtue of its characteristics. However, the current competition in the automotive industry is not limited to competition between single corporate strategies, but more competition between supply chains. Therefore, it has become a very important topic to measure the competitiveness of its industrial supply chain, analyze the problems in the industrial supply chain, and put forward relevant suggestions.

This article first elaborated the research results of industrial supply chain, industrial competitiveness and supply chain competitiveness evaluation. Then it analyzes the structural characteristics of my country's auto industry supply chain, and uses SWOT method to analyze the status quo of development. On this basis, the industrial competitiveness and supply chain competitiveness evaluation methods are used for reference to establish the automotive industry supply chain competitiveness evaluation index system, AHP empowerment is used and the indicators are tested for consistency, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the automotive industry supply chain. Competitiveness evaluation model. Finally, the automotive industry supply chain in three regions is used as a research sample, and 21 indicators are used for empirical analysis, and relevant suggestions are made according to the evaluation results.

The auto industry supply chain competitiveness evaluation index system and evaluation method established in this paper can be used as reference for the auto industry.

二十世纪八十年代，我国车企没有什么工业基础，国家开始推出相关政策来扶持我国汽车产业的发展。随着时间的发展，我国车企也在汽车的生产能力上取得突破。目前，在全球范围内与工业大国比，我国汽车产业国际竞争力较弱；但以及有了很好的发展趋势。时至今日，我国也积极地调控相关政策，对规范行业发展，促进汽车产业进步提供了有力的支持。

中共十九大提出了构建产业供应链的国家战略，标志着“产业供应链”成为未来十年中国企业发展的重大转型方向。中国汽车产业作为我国支柱产业，发展迅猛，势必要顺应国家战略，而研究影响汽车产业供应链竞争力的因素，建立汽车产业供应链竞争力评价指标体系，也是当下急迫的研究课题。

目前，国内外对供应链竞争力的研究以及很多了，产业供应链这个概念也逐渐受到重视。本文把产业供应链、产业竞争力与供应链竞争力评价方面理论结合起来，再结合目前我国汽车产业供应链的实际情况，构建一套评价体系，希望对于汽车产业供应链竞争力的研究以及今后汽车行业的发展方向等研究有所贡献。
