滚针轴承自动装配机设计毕业论文

摘 要
该研究旨在设计出一款可以自动的将滚针轴承的滚针装配到轴承碗中的自动装配机。其意义在于改变我国现如今生产制造业的发展中最大的阻碍——装配工艺的落后以及其局限性。随着我国劳动力成本的提高,以往依靠廉价劳动力弥补装配技术的不足的情况已经一去不复返了,所以发展自动装配工艺目前来说是迫在眉睫的事实。
本文通过对所需要完成的设计要求和工作精度查阅资料,了解滚针轴承的结构和组成部分,并结合国内外现有的设计思路和设计成果,完成了滚针轴承自动装配机的机械结构设计。并且由三维建模软件SOILDWORKS2018完成建模和仿真。此次滚针轴承自动装配机设计,首先,需要完成轴承碗的自动排序以及滚针的自动排序,在对此两种排序机构的设计中我分别设计了两种方案,并分别对两种情况进行了比较,最后选择了一个最优的方案。其次,对滚针轴承自动装配机构,我借鉴了滚珠轴承自动装配机以及其他自动装配机的自动装配机构的设计思路和设计方案。最后,关于传动系统的计算和选择,我严格按照滚珠轴承自动装配机的设计要求,以达到三个机构的步调一致。
论文主要研究了滚针轴承自动装配机的机械结构设计。
研究结果表明,通过我设计的轴承碗排序机构、滚针排序机构、滚针轴承自动装配机构,用我计算设计出的传动系统将这三个机构配合起来可以完成滚针轴承自动装配的生产模式。

Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study is to design an automatic assembly machine which can automatically assemble the needle of the needle roller bearing into the bearing bowl. And its significance lies in changing the biggest obstacle in the development of manufacturing industry ——the backwardness of assembly technology and its limitation. With the increase of labor cost in China, the situation of relying on cheap labor to make up for the shortage of assembly technology has gone forever, so it is urgent to develop automatic assembly technology at present.
In this paper, the mechanical structure design of the automatic assembly machine of needle roller bearings is completed by consulting the data of the design requirements and working precision, understanding the structure and components of needle roller bearings, and combining with the existing design ideas and design results at home and abroad. and complete the modeling and simulation by the 3D modeling software SOILDWORKS2018. First of all, it is necessary to complete the automatic sorting of the bearing bowl and the automatic sorting of the needle. In the design of the two kinds of sorting mechanism, I have designed two schemes, compared the two cases, and finally selected an optimal scheme Secondly, I draw lessons from the design idea and scheme of automatic assembly mechanism of ball bearing and other automatic assembly machines. Finally, about the calculation and selection of the transmission system, I strictly follow the design requirements of the ball bearing automatic assembly machine to achieve the step of the three mechanisms.
This paper mainly studies the mechanical structure design of automatic assembly machine for needle roller bearings.
The research results show that the production mode of automatic assembly of needle roller bearings can be completed by combining these three mechanisms with the drive system designed by me.

绪论
研究的目的和意义
时代的车轮滚滚向前,由石器时代到青铜器和铁器的炼制和发展使得中国在世界之巅站了千年,再到第一次工业革命由于蒸汽机的改进引发出的一系列改变世界的发明的出现,以及之后的第二次工业革命电力的发展所带来的对世界的改变。这些种种的历史告诉我们先进的生产工具和生产技术是多么的重要。现如今,世界在第三次工业革命的浪潮中,谁能把握住这次机会谁便能在世界的发展中占取先机。工业是一个国家的立足之本,而装配工艺是工业生产中比不可少的一环。而当今世界手工装配已经不能满足日益高效、快速的生产活动,自动装配机势必要成为之后世界装配工艺的主流产物,就此自动装配机的研究和发展便成为中国乃至世界的热点问题。
发展自动装配机的基础是柔性制造系统的广泛普及和运用,而早在上个世纪80年代柔性制造系统便已经可以进入正式的生产实践中了,到了21世纪初,世界上的柔性制造系统、计算机集成系统便已经有了1500多条,也就是因为如此现在的机械生产相比于从前可以说是天壤之别[1]。
