摘要

掐丝工艺作为我国传统手工艺，应用范围十分广泛，掐丝工艺品也多为风格华丽。作为进口产品，掐丝工艺品在长久的历史中已经逐渐适应中国民族文化和审美标准，并融合了本土文化，形成了自己独特的风格，并在明清时期达到发展巅峰。作为工艺品的掐丝制品,走过了元、明、清，在当代由于时代的变迁、物质生活的丰富和生活环境的差别,使得风格上有了较大的变化与发展。虽然在近代有所衰落，但现代艺术家们不仅将这一工艺进行改良，还将其与珠宝设计、现代装饰等相结合，使得掐丝工艺在现代获得了新的发展，重新焕发光彩。

本文通过对掐丝工艺的考察与资料搜集，分析掐丝工艺的发展现状，并以北京铜胎掐丝珐琅和莆田铜铸胎掐丝珐琅为例，分析其与地域文化、生活应用研究的紧密结合，力图分析近年来我国为掐丝珐琅工艺的创新应用和未来发展所开辟的发展道路与方向。本文回顾了掐丝工艺的中西方发展历程，从历史角度梳理元朝、明朝、清朝至今掐丝工艺的制作技艺与艺术特色；通过查阅文献，参观博物馆及相关工厂的生产，梳理了当代掐丝制作技艺的传承与发展状况，如此来展示掐丝珐琅工艺的魅力。

Abstract

As a traditional handicraft in China, filigree technology has a wide range of applications, and most of the filigree crafts are gorgeous. As an imported product, the filigree handicraft has gradually adapted to the Chinese national culture and aesthetic standards in the long history, and has integrated the local culture, formed its own unique style, and reached the peak of development in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. As the filigree products of Arts and crafts, they have gone through yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Because of the changes of times, the richness of material life and the difference of living environment, their styles have changed and developed greatly. Although it declined in modern times, modern artists not only improved this technology, but also combined it with jewelry design and modern decoration, which made the silk cutting technology obtain new development and glow again in modern times.

Based on the investigation and data collection, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of filigree technology, and takes Beijing copper filigree enamel and Putian copper casting filigree enamel as examples to analyze their close combination with regional culture and life application research, trying to analyze the development path and direction opened up for the innovative application and future development of filigree enamel technology in China in recent years. This paper reviews the development of Chinese and Western filigree technology, combing the manufacturing technology and artistic features of filigree technology from yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties to now; through literature review, visiting the production of museums and related factories, combing the inheritance and development of contemporary filigree technology, so as to show the charm of filigree enamel technology.

第一章 绪论

1.1选题的目的及意义

中国有八大古代金工传统工艺，即为鎏金、镶嵌、锤鍱、错金银、掐丝、炸珠、錾花、累丝。其中的掐丝工艺，则是掐丝珐琅工艺制作中最关键的装饰工序之一。大约在13世纪，也就是中国的元朝，景泰蓝珐琅被引入中国，直到明朝，当时海外贸易频繁，外国文化和谐相互交流促进了景泰蓝艺术在中国的发展，并最终迎来了这一艺术的历史高峰，即著名的景泰蓝。随着社会的发展，人们审美水平的不断提高和对美的更高认识和要求，越来越多的传统工艺品受到青睐。然而，由于缺少员工，技术要求相对较高，产量相对较低。使得这些工艺品并不能很好的普及，所以相应的现代技术开始逐渐替代传统工艺。但由于目前大多数景泰蓝工艺品都是粗略制作的，缺乏创新和创造力，只是盲目模仿经典风格。并且繁复的图案和颜色不再受青睐，简洁时尚的风格占据了人们的审美。此外，很难激发消费者购买高价格、低实用性工艺品的欲望也是一个严峻的问题。因此，景泰蓝手工艺品很难融入现代人的生活。

传统掐丝珐琅工艺的发展体现了相应时期独特的艺术美学，通过对掐丝珐琅工艺的调查研究，我们发现这一工艺目前面临着许多发展问题。我们需要分析掐丝珐琅工艺的时代特征与装饰规律，从设计的角度探究掐丝珐琅工艺的发展趋势。不论从审美或是文化的角度看，掐丝珐琅工艺都具有非常广泛的传承性与应用性，它的发展历史经历过发生、成熟和辉煌，也经历过衰落，但直到现在还在继续传承。在当代中国的发展进程中，作为传统工艺美术的一个重要门类，掐丝珐琅工艺在当代社会中有着重要的地位，为了归纳整理它的传承与发展，本文将以北京铜胎掐丝珐琅和福建林氏铜铸胎掐丝珐琅工艺为主要调研对象，借助历史文献和调查的材料，概述当代掐丝珐琅制作技艺的传承与发展状况，从中揭示出其发展的内在逻辑，并在此基础上，展示当代手艺人们和政府为保护这一项珍贵的非物质文化遗产所做的保护措施。
