摘 要

森林火灾具有不可预计性和救援过程中情况的突变性这样的特殊性，2019年3月四川木里县发生森林火灾，造成了30名扑火人员的牺牲；2020年3月四川西昌县发生森林火灾，造成了19年扑火人员的牺牲。在短短的一年时间中，我国因森林火灾而造成的扑火人员牺牲多达49名，并且洞察事故发生的背后原因都是因为风向的突变，由于森林火灾不同于其他类型的火灾，其环境复杂，一丁点风向的突变都会使得火场的情况发生变化，本还在安全区的扑火人员可能立马就被火场所包围；而此时人的双腿是根本跑不过火的蔓延速度，完全处于被动状态，可以说是听天由命。因此如何解决这一问题是非常有必要的，是对森林火灾扑火人员生命的保障。

从实际案例出发，了解森林火灾的相关知识，确立了一些设计的关键点，例如：森林火灾发生地环境复杂，不允许大型的设备与车辆进入，即使现在直升机等广泛的应用，但由于其具有局限性，最终都需要扑火人员进入火场，进行扑火作业，因此设计之初就提出此装备需要轻便、易携带。同时了解耐高温材料，为后续的设计打下理论基础。

森林火灾消防员的保护装备设计最终由两个部分组成，一是爆破装置，二是保护装置，两个部分由一个背负系统所携带，可以直接由一名森林火灾消防员背负。爆破装置可以在短时间内在地面形成一个可容纳6人的锥形坑，保护装置则在上部形成一个保护罩；保护里面的人员免受火宅的威胁并等待救援。设计整体符合研究阶段提出的要求，同时先前对材料、技术等方面进行了研究，获得了理论上的支持。

Abstract

Forest fires are unique in their unpredictability and sudden changes in the rescue process. In March 2019, a forest fire occurred in Muli County, Sichuan, causing the sacrifice of 30 firefighters; a forest occurred in Xichang County, Sichuan, in March 2020 The fire caused 19 years of firefighters' sacrifice. In just one year, China’s fire fighters caused by forest fires have sacrificed up to 49 people, and the insight behind the accidents is because of the sudden change of wind direction. Forest fires are different from other types of fires. The environment is complicated, and even a sudden change in the wind direction will change the situation of the fire scene. The firefighters who are still in the safety zone may be surrounded by the fire place immediately; and at this time, the human legs are simply unable to run the speed of the fire. Being in a passive state can be said to be destiny. Therefore, how to solve this problem is very necessary, and it is to protect the lives of forest fire extinguishers.

Starting from actual cases, understanding the knowledge of forest fires and establishing some key points of the design, for example: the environment of forest fires is complex, and large equipment and vehicles are not allowed to enter. Even though helicopters and other applications are now widely used, they Due to limitations, firefighters are required to enter the fire site to carry out firefighting operations at the end. Therefore, at the beginning of the design, this equipment was proposed to be light and easy to carry. At the same time understand the high temperature resistant materials, and lay the theoretical foundation for the subsequent design.

The design of the protection equipment for forest fire firefighters is ultimately composed of two parts, one is the blasting device and the other is the protection device. The two parts are carried by a carrying system and can be carried directly by a forest fire firefighter. The blasting device can form a conical pit for 6 people on the ground in a short time, and the protective device forms a protective cover on the upper part; it protects the people inside from the threat of the fire house and waits for rescue. The design as a whole conforms to the requirements put forward in the research stage, and at the same time, the previous research on materials and technology has obtained theoretical support.

1.1 研究的背景与意义

曾在2019年3月30日，海拔3800米的四川省凉山州木里县发生森林火灾，参与救火人员达689人，不幸的是，在扑火过程中，受到风力突变的影响，发生了爆炸性的燃烧，造成了31名救火人员牺牲。更让人难以接受的是，在此事故发生一年之后，2020年3月30日，四川省西昌市再次发生森林火灾，大火已经蔓延到居民区，危险随时就会爆发，在灭火过程中，再次受风向突变的原因，19名扑火人员不幸牺牲。这两起森林火灾事故仅短短相隔一年，但是却造成了多达50名扑火人员在森林火灾中不幸牺牲。因此，我想有必要通过大量的研究与设计，去减少类似的事件的发生，保障森林火灾中扑火人员的安全。

1.1.2 研究目的

选题的研究目的如下几点：
