2800m3/d啤酒企业生产废水处理工程设计毕业论文

摘 要

本文进行了2800m3/d啤酒企业生产废水处理的工艺设计及该工艺使用主要构筑物的计算。啤酒工业生产时,会产生较多的废水,其不仅含有大量有机物,毒性非常低,但易于腐败,从这一角度出发,结合啤酒工业间接排水的特点等综合考虑,拟选用UASB CASS法作为该污水处理站处理工艺。

在UASB的基础上,通入CASS,将会进一步提升处理效率,处理功能非常的稳定,处理效果非常强,且对于处理设备来说,结构非常简易,符合现代社会的实际需求。

啤酒废水产生后,需要及时导入至处理环节,这一流程中,先在格栅的作用下,初步处理废水,清理掉其中的固体物质,之后,在提高泵的作用下,将其传输至调节池,由于啤酒制造时,在大多数工序内,均需要间歇排水,且水量差异较大,因而通过调节池,调控进水量,并各环节的废水混合到一起。当流量保持平稳后,注入至UASB反应器内,由其完成厌氧处理,清理掉有机物,之后在注入至CASS池,完成好氧处理,去掉氮磷等元素,最后,消毒处理后,当其符合标准后,将其向外排放。

通过该工艺对污水处理时,会产生大量的污泥,先将其运输至贮泥池,在污泥提升泵的作用下,将其导入至浓缩池内,通过其处理后,导入至脱水机房,去除其中水分,并形成泥饼后,将其运出。该环节内,还会产生一些压滤液,传输至通到调节池前,再次传回相应环节。

本次研究中,针对啤酒废水的处理需求,从格栅、CASS等角度出发,确定出各项参数,计算出相应的构筑物尺寸,之后以此为基础,分析了各环节的处理效果。

Abstract

A technological design for the treatment of production wastewater in 2800 m3/d beer enterprises and the calculation of the main structures used in the process are carried out. During the production of beer industry, more boiling water will be produced, which not only contains a large amount of organic matter, but the toxicity is very low, but it contains many corrosive substances. From this point of view, combined with the characteristics of indirect drainage in beer industry and other comprehensive considerations, the UASB CASS method is to be selected as the treatment process of the sewage treatment station.

On the basis of UASB, effective integration CASS, Jianhui further improve processing efficiency, processing function is very stable, processing effect is very strong, and for processing Equipment, the structure is very simple, in line with the actual needs of modern society.

In the process waste water is produced, it needs to be introduced into the treatment link in time. In this process, the waste water is treated preliminarily under the action of grille, and the solid matter is cleaned out. Then, under the action of raising the pump, it is transferred to the regulating tank. After the flow rate remains steady, it is injected into the UASD reactor to complete anaerobic treatment, clean up the organic matter, and then injected Enter into the CASS pool, complete aerobic treatment, remove nitrogen and phosphorus and other elements, finally, carry out disinfection treatment, after the schedule meets the standard, it will be discharged out.

When the sewage is treated by this process, a large amount of sludge will be produced, which will be transported to the sludge storage tank first, and then imported into the concentration tank under the action of the corresponding raising pump. After the treatment, it will be imported into the dewatering tank to remove the moisture and form the mud cake, and then it will be transported out. In this link, there will also be some pressure filtration liquid, which through the treatment of regulating pool, again back to the corresponding link.

According to the demand of beer wastewater treatment in this research, from the angle of grille, CASS and so on Based on this, the treatment effect of each module is analyzed to provide some help for better treatment of beer wastewater and create more social and economic benefits.

1 绪论

1.1目的与意义

现代社会当中,啤酒时较为常见的一种,对于该饮品来说,选择麦芽为主材料,加入适量的酒花,通过一段时间的发酵而制成的,其中,包含大量CO2,饮用时,能够产生很多气泡,且酒精度数较低。当前,我国啤酒产量很高,处于世界首位[[1]],这也使我国因啤酒废水而产生的有机污染大大加重,据统计,我国啤酒废水的年排放量约3.4×108 t[[2]]。

啤酒生产时,将会排放出大量废水,其中,有机物含量较高,对于这些废水来说,来源途径有很多,如材料的清洗水、酒在糖化时产生的糖化水等[[3]]。据统计每酿造一公升啤酒,都会使用十公升以上的新鲜水[[4]],同时也会产生十公斤以上的啤酒废水[[5]]。啤酒废水含有大量的有机碳、悬浮有机污染物,但氮源污染物质较少,其COD、SS、BOD5浓度均较高,同时,在废水内,还含有其他物质,如各种油类物质、APAM等、此外,对于啤酒废水来说,毒性并不是很高[[6]],但易腐败,若将其排放到自然水源内,会导致水中的氧气量大大降低,使水源严重缺氧,对自然环境带来较大的破坏[[7]]。同时,还会激活水下的化合物,使其出现厌氧分解活动,影响水质,不利于实际应用[[8]]。其有机质含量在峰值流量时也处于峰值。

基于此,本次研究中,利用相关资料的查找,结合自身所掌握的理论知识,以某啤酒企业为例,设计出啤酒废水处理工艺。

1.2常用啤酒废水处理方法

如今国内处理啤酒废水的工艺,基本上围绕生物方法与化学方法为中心。在人民生活理念逐渐改变的今天,逐渐对节能环保产生了更高的重视,使得社会各界发展时,纷纷要求节能环保。
