摘 要

本文主要通过对国内网络文学火热现状进行剖析，发现在网络投稿上存在诸多问题，进而进行研究分析设计适合于中国的稿件推荐展示平台。在研究架构上，主要通过分析现阶段段投稿平台的不足、提出解决办法、实现解决办法的顺序进行架构。

本文的研究主要分为四个部分：在国内外现阶段法的投稿平台的基础上进行分析，剖析现阶段投稿问题上的弊端与不足；通过对协同过滤推荐算法的研究，利用基于模型的协同过滤推荐算法，解决投稿推荐上的问题；根据用户对投稿系统的需求分析，进行系统分析和设计；依据相关的网络技术来，基于B/S模式，实现稿件推荐展示平台的建设，并进行测试运行。

本系统的主要涉及创作者在线投稿的主要流程，拥有投稿选择、投稿推荐、期刊审稿、审稿反馈、稿件状态查看等核心功能。本系统的提出有助于解决现阶段国内在线投稿平台普遍存在的弊端，也为国内未来建设具有统一性的投稿平台提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article mainly analyzes the fierce current situation of domestic online literature and finds that there are many problems in online submissions, and then conducts research and analysis to design a manuscript recommendation display platform suitable for China. In the research framework, the framework is mainly analyzed by analyzing the deficiencies of the submission platform at the current stage, proposing solutions, and implementing solutions.

绪论

研究的目的与意义

根据中国社科院发布《2019年网络文学发展报告》，2019年中国的网络文学用户数量已经达到了4.55亿，网络文学创作者已达1755万^[1]。互联网的发展使得文学创作更加简单，发布更加方便，大量民间文学创作者涌现、网络文学用户激增。然而在这之中，也有诸多问题。一是投稿平台的功能单一、设计落后；二是各家阅文平台各自为战，现在中国最大的阅文平台也仅有52万用户 。现阶段，无论是投稿平台还是展示平台的数量和质量都远远满足不了中国网络文学的需求。

在线投稿系统的设计基于internet, 前台用户可在线投稿、查询, 及时获知稿件的处理进度, 后台管理员可在线收稿、修稿、审稿, 实现编者与作者和审稿人的直接互动。现阶段中国的投稿平台主要有个人网站、垂直领域网站、博客、自媒体平台、社区网站、小说网站等六种。由于我国目前的在线投稿系统一般是以期刊编辑部为主体进行开发的，对于投稿平台来说，自身知名度极大影响自身的来稿数量，因此会导致两极分化，大平台来稿数量多但给审核带来了极大的压力，而小平台又无来稿可审。特别是现阶段的投稿平台和展示平台要么是分离的两个部分，要么是投稿平台是作为展示平台的一个附加功能存在，大大忽略了投稿在其中的重要性。对于网络文学创作者来说，投向大平台的被拒率过高，投向小平台的收益又较低，特别是在对投稿平台不是充分了解的情况下，容易造成错误判断，花费在投稿上的时间和精力过多^[2]。可见现阶段的投稿模式是不合理的，不能充分的解决投稿平台和用户之间的矛盾。
