Abstract

The compressed garbage truck is a kind of vehicle used for garbage collection, compression and long-distance transportation. Due to the country's policy of urban-rural integration, the amount of garbage produced in the process of urban development is also on the rise, which means that the demand for compressed garbage trucks is also increasing. From the current market quantity and purchase quantity, China's compressed garbage truck is mainly based on the characteristics of urban household waste and road characteristics to carry out research and development. Although its function and structure are relatively perfect, there is still room for improvement. At the same time, the compressed garbage truck in the industry still has the problems of failure and structural damage due to too much force. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and experiment the structure of a new type of compressed garbage truck which can improve this kind of problem.

At the beginning of this paper, the achievements of domestic and foreign garbage trucks were investigated and analysed, and a compressed garbage truck with an effective volume of 10m and a compressed density of 0.7t/m was determined to be designed. By optimizing the design of the outer shell of the filling mechanism, the problem of collapse caused by force is solved to some extent.

CATIA was used for 3d modeling and finite element analysis for vehicle model manufacturing in this project. In the case of relatively reasonable results, the final generation of three-dimensional drawings. Its content mainly includes the following contents.

(1) designed a set of reasonable overall layout scheme of rear mounted compressed garbage truck. During the design process, gold ratio was used for the design of the initial scheme for many times, and experiments and modifications were carried out in the follow-up to make it reasonable.

(2) the height, width, longitudinal length, filling Angle, compression ratio and other parameters are designed through the target vehicle.

(3) this paper analyzes the possible shortcomings of the filling mechanism of current market models and carries out the optimization design, focusing on the optimization of the structure and making its size reasonable.

In this paper, a relatively reasonable structure of a new type of compressed garbage truck is proposed, which provides some ideas for the optimization and renewal of the traditional domestic compressed garbage truck.
