摘 要
散货船运输铁矿粉等易流态化货物已造成多起海上事故的发生,这其中与配载计划以及装、卸货计划有着密不可分的影响,本文就这个问题,对一艘大型散货船运输铁矿粉的配载方案和装、卸货计划进行详细的设计说明,包括对货物性质和运输要求的说明,设计过程中所用到的理论方法及计算公式的解释,最后完成整个设计并进行验证。
铁矿粉的海上运输已被证明具有很高的风险,货物的稳定性起着至关重要的作用。在最近的几十年中,许多载运铁矿粉的船只倾斜或倾覆,造成重大人员伤亡以及财务和经济损失,这些海上事故的主要原因归因于货物液化,这导致货舱中的货物移动,并最终导致船舶不稳定。在货物性质方面,对其稳定性以及造成的事故进行分析,对如何增强其运输途中的稳定性进行探讨。
