摘 要

校友作为一种潜力无限的资源，近年来越来越受到国内高校的重视，与校友工作相关的理论和实践研究日益增多。随着高等教育由精英化向大众化普及，对校友资源的高效利用势必会大大增加高校的竞争力。母校服务校友，校友反哺母校，构成一种良性循环。但武汉理工大学管理学院作为商学院，其校友资源具有特殊性，它的开发管理方式具有很大的研究价值。

本文以武汉理工大学内部校友组织资源为研究对象，运用SWOT分析法对武汉理工大学在中国的外部环境和校友资源进行分析。存在有校友资源利用率和校友资源整合程度低，校友资源管理和校友组织管理体系建设不完善等问题，可能对校友组织资源的开发及其管理不够重视。结合内外部环境分析，提出武汉理工大学管理学院内部校友组织资源开发的内在优势和发展机遇，以及校友资源开发和管理面临的劣势和外部威胁。

本文借鉴了清华经济管理学院和上海金融学院校友资源管理与发展的案例，以及哈佛大学校友会丰富的校友服务内容，提出发展内部资源，扩大对外影响力的策略。在校友资源管理方面，提出完善校友组织，提高校友服务能力，培育校友文化的改进方案，并提出相应的具体实施措施。

通过武汉理工大学管理学院校友资源管理研究，不仅可以帮助母校和校友更好地利用校友资源，利于母校和校友的发展，也为其他高校校友资源的开发和管理提供一定的参考和帮助。

Abstract

Alumni as a kind of unlimited potential resources, in recent years more and more attention by domestic colleges and universities, and alumni work related to the theory and practice research is increasing. With the popularization of higher education from elitism to popularization, the efficient use of alumni resources will greatly increase the competitiveness of colleges and universities. The service of the alma mater alumni, alumni to feed the alma mater, constitute a virtuous circle. However, Wuhan University of Technology School of Management as a business school, its alumni resources have a special, its development and management of the management of a great research value.

Based on the internal alumni organization resources of Wuhan University of Technology, this paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the external environment and alumni resources of Wuhan University of Technology in China. There are problems such as the utilization rate of alumni resources and the low degree of integration of alumni resources, the imperfect construction of alumni resource management and the management system of alumni organizations, which may not pay enough attention to the development and management of alumni organization resources. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment, the inner advantages and development opportunities of the development of alumni organization resources within Wuhan University of Technology Management, as well as the disadvantages and external threats to alumni resource development and management, are put forward.

This paper draws on the case of the management and development of alumni resources of Tsinghua School of Economics and Management and Shanghai Institute of Finance, as well as the rich alumni service content of the Harvard Alumni Association, and puts forward the strategy of developing internal resources and expanding its influence abroad. In the management of alumni resources, it is proposed to improve alumni organization, improve alumni service ability, cultivate alumni culture improvement program, and put forward the corresponding concrete implementation measures.

Through the research case of the development and management of alumni resources of Wuhan University of Technology School of Management, it can not only help the alma mater and alumni to make better use of the alumni resources, and also provide some reference and help for the development and management of alumni resources of other institutions.
