真空加压高温染色条件对木材染色性能的影响调研

摘要:环保问题日益突出,天然染料具有巨大的发展前景。运用加压高温染色方法将桑葚色素制成的天然染料上染木材不仅可以提高木材的附加价值和视觉效果还可以提升木材染色性能。本文主要通过深入查阅CNKI、万方、维普、web of science等数据库中的文献资料的方法,按时间顺序整理了国内外学者在真空加压和天然染料方面所做的实验研究,桑葚色素等天然色素目前已被用于食品、纺织等多个行业,但在木材染色方面的应用还很少,笔者希望通过整理文献来探寻真空加压高温染色条件对木材染色性能的影响,以此为日后实验深入研究提供一定的参考。

Study on the influence of high temperature dyeing conditions under vacuum pressure on wood dyeing properties

ABSTRACT

Environmental protection is becoming more and more serious, and natural dyes have great development prospects. Dyeing wood with natural dye made of Mulberry Pigment by high temperature and pressure dyeing can not only improve the added value and visual effect of wood, but also improve the dyeing performance of wood. This paper mainly refers to CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and web of According to the method of document data in science database, the experimental researches on vacuum pressure and natural dyes by scholars at home and abroad are sorted out in chronological order. At present, mulberry pigment has been used in food, textile and other industries, but its application in wood dyeing is still rare. The author hopes to explore the effect of vacuum pressure high temperature dyeing conditions on wood dyeing performance by sorting out documents In order to provide a reference for further study of future experiments.
