Abstract

This graduation design is "the design of 3 # workshop of Chuzhou Kailai furniture ". The project is located in Nanqiao District, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. The factory is a class C fire-proof factory, which mainly produces kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The structure type is single-layer steel portal frame system. According to the technical code for steel structure of light weight buildings with gabled frames () and load code for building structures () and other design codes, the requirements and purposes of the design project are comprehensively considered, the structural system is selected, the components are arranged, the internal force of the structure is calculated, the section is determined, the connection node is designed, and the construction drawing is generated by PKPM STS. Check the strength and stability of the portal steel frame, calculate the wheel pressure of the crane beam, and draw the construction drawing of crane beam and node connection. The layout design and strength and stability checking calculation of purlin, wall beam and wind column shall be carried out. PKPM shall be used for checking and construction drawing shall be drawn. After that, the design checking calculation of bracing brace and foundation design checking calculation shall be carried out.
