履带式竹木连根挖掘机的总体设计文献综述

摘 要

竹木连根采伐机械可以去除土壤中的残余竹根以及其他林木根系,极大提高土壤的利用率,同时竹根也可以作为根雕原材产生一定的经济价值。但现阶段竹根的采伐一久以人工为主,如斧头、油锯、电锯等。国内外的相关研究大多数停留在实验阶段。[1]本文争对这一现象对竹木连根采伐机械开展研究。履带式的行进机构保障本机械在林间作业的通过性以及对作业强度的保证。竹根采伐机构保证了竹根的完整性。同时通过对毛竹进行自主识别采伐保障了林业工人的安全,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,与此同时采伐的安全性得到了保障。

ABSTRACT

Bamboo root-cutting machine can remove the residual bamboo roots and other tree roots in the soil, greatly improving the utilization rate of the soil, and bamboo roots can also be used as root carving raw material to produce a certain economic value. But at the present stage of bamboo root cutting for a long time to artificial, such as axes, chainsaws, chainsaws, etc. Most of the domestic and foreign related studies remain in the experimental stage. [1] This paper tries to study this phenomenon on bamboo and wood cutting machine. The crawler type moving mechanism ensures the passability of the machine in the forest and the guarantee of the working intensity. The bamboo root cutting mechanism ensures the integrity of the bamboo root. At the same time, the safety of forestry workers was guaranteed through the independent identification and cutting of bamboo, and the labor intensity of workers was greatly reduced. At the same time, the safety of cutting was guaranteed.
