淮安市某职业学校办公楼设计毕业论文

摘 要

办公楼作为如今社会最普遍的建筑之一,象征着一个学校的风貌,要有一定的亲和力和开放性。如何在对称的布局之下体现办公楼的个性特征,对于设计者是一个很大的挑战。作为一个结构建筑,要满足耐久性、适用性和安全性的要求。

耐久性:学校办公楼属于第二类办公建筑,设计使用年限为50年。为了达到这个使用年限,办公楼的选址、基础的形式、建筑的结构形式、材料的选择、钢筋的选择等都有一定的要求。结合淮安当地的气候条件,形成有学校特色并能与周围环境形成一体的建筑物。

适用性:作为办公楼,办公是否方便是评判一个办公楼好坏的最重要的指标之一。学校办公楼里有办公室、会议室、招待室、储物间、资料室、设备间等。为了方便办公,一般把事务较多的办公室放在一楼;楼梯应该放在离门口比较近的地方;厕所放置在办公室较多的旁边,也要考虑一些美观的问题等。对于普通办公室和专用办公室要区分开来,办公室里的采光条件、通风条件等要符合相关规范。对于像会议室这种的公共用房,会议室里的桌子椅子要根据会议人数、会议室的面积大小的情况设置,长宽比一般不大于2。

安全性:随着科技的进步,时代的发展,人们对于安全性的重视度越来越高。

影响建筑安全性的因素有很多,结构设计中的梁、柱、墙的设计很大程度上影响了办公楼结构的安全性。材料的选择也是重要因素之一,选择的材料在成本一定的情况下要考虑当地的地质环境,材料不仅要有良好的刚性和延性,还要有良好的抗腐蚀性,这样的建筑才能更加的安全可靠。

为了达到上述要求,必须严格按照相关规范、步骤进行建筑的结构设计与校核验算。

Design of a vocational school office in Huai'an

Abstract

Office building, as one of the most common buildings in today's society, symbolizes the style of a school, and it should have certain affinity and openness. It is a great challenge for designers how to embody the personality of office buildings under symmetrical layout. As a structural building, it should meet the requirements of durability, applicability and safety.

Durability: the school office building belongs to the second type of office building, with a design service life of 50 years. In order to achieve this service life, there are certain requirements for the site selection of office buildings, the form of foundation, the structural form of buildings, the selection of materials, the selection of steel bars, etc. Combined with the local climate conditions in Huai'an, a building with school characteristics and integrated with the surrounding environment is formed.

Applicability: as an office building, the convenience of office is one of the most important indicators to judge the quality of an office building. There are office, meeting room, reception room, storage room, reference room, equipment room, etc. in the school office building. In order to facilitate the office, the office with more affairs should be placed on the first floor; the stairs should be placed near the door; the toilets should be placed next to the office with more affairs, and some beautiful problems should also be considered. The general office and the special office shall be distinguished, and the lighting conditions and ventilation conditions in the office shall conform to the relevant specifications. For public rooms such as conference rooms, the tables and chairs in the conference room should be set according to the number of people and the area of the conference room. The length width ratio is generally no more than 2.

Security: with the progress of science and technology, the development of the times, people pay more and more attention to security.

There are many factors that affect the safety of the building. The design of beams, columns and walls in the structural design greatly affects the safety of the office building structure. The selection of materials is also one of the important factors. The local geological environment should be considered when the cost of the selected materials is fixed. The materials should not only have good rigidity and ductility, but also have good corrosion resistance, so that the building can be more safe and reliable.

In order to meet the above requirements, it is necessary to carry out structural design and check calculation in strict accordance with the relevant specifications and steps.
