摘 要

本毕业设计的课题是宿迁某学院多功能教学楼设计，该多功能教学楼为4层钢筋混凝土框架结构建筑，具有在6000方米以上的建筑面积，抗震设防烈度8度，为II类场地。本设计结构体系采用框架结构，满足教学楼的大开间和大跨度且稳定性好的普遍需求。根据地质考察结果选用地理基础。

本设计主要从建筑设计和结构设计两个方面展开设计运算，其中建筑设计的内容在第一章中有被介绍，详细内容在后续的建筑图纸中可见;结构设计主要包括构件选型,荷载计算，横向框架的内力计算、内力组合、框架梁、柱的内力组合和截面计算现浇混凝土板设计、楼梯设计和基础设计。本设计由于抗震设防烈度较大，在计算时取值比一般情况下偏大。

由于才疏学浅及第一次一人完成整个教学楼项目设计，再加上时间紧迫，疫情在家参考资料不多等因素，设计中难免存在问题。在此，请各位老师给予批评指正。

Abstract

The subject of this graduation design is the design of a multi-functional teaching building of a college in Suqian. The multi-functional teaching building is a 4-storey reinforced concrete frame structure building with a construction area of over 6,000 cubic meters and a seismic resistance of 8 degrees, which is a class II site. This design structure adopts a frame structure to meet the general demand of large openings and spans of the teaching building with good stability. Selection of geographical basis based on geological findings.

The design is mainly based on two aspects of architectural design and structural design, in which the architectural design is introduced in Chapter 1 and the details can be seen in the subsequent architectural drawings; the structural design mainly includes component selection, load calculation, internal force calculation of the transverse frame, internal force combination, internal force combination of frame beams and columns and cross-sectional calculation of cast-in-place concrete slab design, stair design and foundation design. This design is calculated to be larger than normal due to the greater intensity of the seismic fortification.

Due to the fact that it is the first time that a single person has completed the design of the entire school building project, as well as the shortage of time and reference materials for the epidemic at home, there are inevitably problems in the design. Here, I would like to ask the teachers for their critical comments.

建筑设计是整个设计工作的先行工作，常处于主导地位。其中，空间组合设计包括总体设计、建筑平面设计、副面设计、立面设计，构造设计即为建筑各组成的细部设计。

建筑法规、建筑规范和建筑标准是对建筑行业行为和经验的不断总结，具有指导性的意义，特别是是里面一些强制性的建筑规范和建筑标准，具有特殊法定意义。建筑设计在满足相关的建筑标准、规范等要求的情况下，原则上还应符合围绕建筑三个要素展开的要求:第一是必须满足功能要求;然后是应采用合理的技术措施;最后需要考虑建筑美观。此外，还应符合总体规划，即与四周的建筑物环境相协调，并应具有良好的经济效果，尽量节省工程造价
