《外圆磨床自动上下料装置设计》文献综述
摘 要
目前,我国机械加工制造行业中的外圆磨床对产品进行磨削加工的过程中,大部分都依靠人工手动上下料。不仅需要配备大量工作人员,而且劳动强度大,造成生产成本过高。随着人力成本的不断提升以及智能制造发展的需要,提高磨床磨削加工工艺的自动化程度已经成为一项亟待解决的问题。本文旨在综述了机械手在国内外发展的概况、发展趋势及其在工业生产中的重要性和多样性。

ABSTRACT
At present, in the process of grinding products by cylindrical grinder in China#39;s mechanical manufacturing industry, most of them rely on manual loading and unloading. Not only need to be equipped with a large number of staff, but also labor intensity, resulting in high production costs. With the continuous improvement of human cost and the development of intelligent manufacturing, improving the automation of grinding process has become an urgent problem. The purpose of this paper is to describe the general situation and development trend of manipulator at home and abroad, as well as its importance and diversity in industrial production.

1、前言
机械手是在自动化生产过程中使用的一种具有抓取和移动工件功能的自动化装置,它是在机械化、自动化生产过程中发展起来的一种新型装置。其发展已有近40年的历史,已成为当今主导技术之一[1]。
