摘要蔬菜嫁接苗切削自适应分禾装置设计
蔬菜嫁接技术可以有效地防治病虫害,并且嫁接后的秧苗抗逆性和产量都显著提高。传统人工嫁接生产率低、作业质量难以保证,随着嫁接苗需求量不断增加和劳动力短缺导致劳动力成本不断上升,传统人工嫁接已无法适应现代规模化,工厂化生产模式,迫切需要提高嫁接生产率。
通过对切削技术和蔬菜嫁接机的研究,本课题设计了蔬菜嫁接苗切削自适应分禾装置,针对秧苗穴盘规格和歪斜倒伏现状,嫁接苗规格和切削速率要求,确定新型蔬菜嫁接苗高速切削总体设计参数。完成自适应分禾装置整体方案设计,从而在原有高速切削装置的研究基础上进一步开发一种具有自适应功能的分禾装置,可以对不同规格秧苗穴盘和歪斜倒伏秧苗实现高速切削功能,提高蔬菜嫁接苗高速切削装置的适应性和工作范围。

Design of adaptive cutting device for vegetable grafting seedlings
Abstract
Vegetable grafting technology can effectively control soil borne diseases, and the stress resistance and yield of grafted seedlings are significantly improved. The productivity of traditional artificial grafting is low and the quality of operation is difficult to guarantee. With the increasing demand for grafted seedlings and labor shortage, the labor cost is rising. The traditional artificial grafting has been unable to adapt to the modern large-scale and industrialized production mode, so it is urgent to improve the per capita grafting productivity.
Through the research and exploration of cutting technology and vegetable grafting machine, the design of vegetable grafting seedling cutting adaptive divider device, according to the seedling tray size and skew lodging status, grafting seedling size and cutting speed requirements, determine the overall design parameters of new vegetable grafting seedling high-speed cutting. Based on the research of the original high-speed cutting device, we can further develop a self-adaptive device, which can realize the high-speed cutting function for different specifications of seedling tray and skewed lodging seedlings and improve the adaptability and working range of the high-speed cutting device for vegetable grafted seedlings.
