带擦鞋机构的智能鞋柜设计及运动仿真

摘 要

随着科学技术的发展,物联网、智能化和自动化信息技术应用到了人们实际生活的各方面。我国智能家居行业技术在近几年进入快速发展期,其中智能鞋柜的推出大受市场欢迎,比起传统鞋柜,其有着非常多的优势功能,能够满足现代化人们对于生活品味提高的要求。但是目前鞋柜存在以下问题:(1)鞋柜多为普通板材组合搭建,鞋柜内部通常设置为直列式的多层水平放鞋层,鞋子并排摆放在放鞋层,用户取鞋时,需要打开柜门从上至下一双双的寻找,这种方式不仅浪费时间还增加了用户的劳动强度;(2)鞋柜为了节省存储空间,都设置了多层放鞋层,这就导致了鞋柜的高度较高,人们拿取鞋子很不方便;(3)现有鞋柜只能实现简单存鞋功能,对鞋面上沾染的灰尘污渍却不能清洁。因此,我们针对于智能家具中的智能鞋柜进行专门研究,以期可以设计出同时拥有擦鞋机和自动运鞋功能的智能鞋柜。该智能鞋柜能在便捷人们生活的同时,实现一定的社会效益和经济效益。

Design and Motion Simulation of Smart Shoe Cabinet with Shoe Polishing Mechanism

ABSTRACT

With the development of science and technology, the Internet of Things, intelligence and automation information technology have been applied to all aspects of people#39;s real life. my country#39;s smart home industry technology has entered a period of rapid development in recent years. The introduction of smart shoe cabinets has been greatly welcomed by the market. Compared with traditional shoe cabinets, it has many advantages and can meet the requirements of modern people for improved lifestyle. However, the current shoe cabinets have the following problems: (1) The shoe cabinets are mostly constructed of ordinary board combination. The inside of the shoe cabinet is usually set up as an in-line multi-layer horizontal shoe layer. The shoes are placed side by side on the shoe layer. When the user takes the shoes, It is necessary to open the door of the cabinet to search for pairs from top to bottom. This method not only wastes time but also increases the labor intensity of the user; (2) In order to save storage space, the shoe cabinet is equipped with multiple layers of shoes, which leads to The height of the shoe cabinet is very high, and it is very inconvenient for people to take the shoes; (3) The existing shoe cabinet can only realize the simple function of storing shoes, but cannot clean the dust and stains on the upper. Therefore, we conduct special research on the smart shoe cabinet in smart furniture, in order to design a smart shoe cabinet that has both a shoe polisher and an automatic shoe transport function. The smart shoe cabinet can realize certain social and economic benefits while facilitating people#39;s lives.

  1. 前言

我国智能家居行业发展起步较晚,2000年以前智能家居行业相关专利申请数量几乎空白,2000年后开始实现零的突破。2009年开始,我国智能家居行业技术专利申请数量开始迅速攀升,2010年申请数量达到135项,突破100项;2012年申请数量达到442项。由此可见,我国智能家居行业技术在近几年进入快速发展期,诸多家居如灯具、空调、洗衣机、等都已经实现了物联网,鞋柜在家居行业中也占据一定比例,但是目前鞋柜依然是功能简单的传统鞋柜[1]

随着用户生活品质的极大飞跃,人们同时也在追求着具有环保,健康特性的产品来提高生活情趣,然而鞋子作为经常与地面接触的产品,其清洁问题一直困扰着我们。鞋不是一次性使用产品,而是可以持续使用一段时间的生活必需品。一款可以清洁的家用鞋柜可以在收纳鞋子的同时让我们更好地享受生活[2]

据2018年有关数据调查分析,智能鞋柜起步虽晚,但是发展较快,市场容量也在不断地扩张中,其中以怡美瑞、川野、奥雅居等品牌发展规模较大,发展势头较好。2018年我国智能鞋柜的销量已经达到10万台的年销量了,像怡美瑞单产月销量就达到了1.5万台以上了[3]根据该数据进行预测,在接下来十年时间里,对智能鞋柜的需求应该不少于五百万台。
