摘 要

当前，国内宠物市场急速发展，但是国人宠物保险意识和意愿不强，国内宠物保险发展水平滞后。为了更好地推广宠物保险，扩宽宠物保险服务渠道、为消费者普及更多专业的宠物保险知识是很有必要的。随着互联网的发展，电子商务的线上消费模式已经逐渐取代了线下消费模式，一方面电子商务突破了时空的限制，在很大程度上满足了各类消费者的需求。另一方面，它密切了商家和消费者的交流，能让商家精准掌握用户需求，获得用户青睐和市场。因此，一个基于电商模式的宠物保险平台能够有效地刺激宠物主人的投保意愿，客观促进宠物保险行业的发展。

团队课题是基于SSM的宠物保险平台，本文主要研究用户模块。首先对宠物保险背景和研究意义进行了介绍。在详细分析了需求后，将用户模块的功能进一步划分为登录注册模块、个人资料维护模块、好友信息维护模块、通讯模块和用户管理员模块。

项目使用java编程语言开发，使用SSM框架作为系统架构，使用MySQL数据库编码开发系统，使用websocket协议实现通讯。用户能通过此系统获得较好的用户体验，方便地实现宠物保险服务的咨询与购买。

User module of pet insurance platform based on SSM framework

Abstract

At present, the domestic pet market is developing rapidly, but the Chinese people's pet insurance awareness and willingness are not strong. The pet insurance development level of China is backward. To promote pet insurance, it is necessary to expand pet insurance service channels and popularize more professional related knowledge for consumers. With the development of the Internet, the online consumption model of e-commerce has gradually replaced the offline consumption model. On the one hand, e-commerce has broken through the restrictions of time and space, and has largely met the needs of consumers. On the other hand, it closes the communication between businesses and consumers. Businesses are easy to quickly grasp needs of consumers and gain their favor and market. Therefore, a pet insurance platform based on e-commerce model can effectively stimulate pet owners' willingness to insure and objectively promote the development of the pet insurance industry.

The team project is a pet insurance platform based on SSM framework. This thesis mainly studies the user module of it. Above all, it sets forth the backdrop and the significance of the study. Then it analysis of the needs of the user module in detail. Based on this, the functions of the user module are further divided into login registration module, personal information maintenance module, friend information maintenance module, communication module and user administrator module.

This project uses java programming language. It uses the SSM framework as the system architecture and uses the MySQL database to code development system. Besides, it chooses websocket protocol to achieve communication. Users can get a better experience through this system and easily realize the consultation and purchase of pet insurance services.

这些年来，宠物市场规模一直不断扩大。虽然人们的人均收入不断提升，生活水平也有所提高和改善，但是生活压力也在不断增大。在这种情况下，宠物越来越成为我们的情感寄托，宠物的身体健康和生活质量也越来越受到重视，宠物在人们生活中的地位日渐提升。据中国青年报报道，截至2018年底，中国的宠物市场规模高达1708亿元，这显示了我国宠物市场的迅猛发展。
