Design of an office building in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province
Abstract
The graduation project design is the design of office building in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.
The project is a practical application project of an office building design in Nanjing of Jiangsu Province. The single floor building area is about 429.84 m2, the main body is three spans and 10 floors, and the building area is about 4298.4 m2. The main design scheme is multi-storey reinforced concrete frame structure, and the reasonable design service life of the project is 50 years. The attached are the drawings of the assignment for the general layout of the project and the layout of column network on the standard floor.
In the manual calculation part of the project, the forth axis is selected for calculation. After selection and arrangement of structure, the section size of the component is estimated, then the load is calculated. Using the equivalent base shear method, under horizontal seismic load and moment-distribution method of framework under dead load, live load, 0.5 (live snow) internal forces of framework are estimated. D-value method is used to calculate the wind load and internal force under horizontal seismic action. After the beam end bending moment is adjusted, three general combinations and one combination under seismic action are considered for the calculation of internal force combination. According to the internal force combination results, the calculation of beam and column section reinforcement is carried out. At the end, the reinforcement calculation of AT type plate stair, two-way slab and independent foundation under column is carried out.

(1) Column
According to the "building seismic design specifications" (GB 50011-2010 (2016 edition)) article 6.1.2, the seismic grade of the project for the second; article 6.3.5, the frame column cross-sectional dimensions should comply with the following provisions:
(A) the side length of the rectangular cross-section column, seismic design two should not be less than 400mm;
(B) column shear span ratio should be greater than 2;
(C) column cross-sectional aspect ratio should not be greater than 3; article 6.3.6, column axial pressure ratio should not exceed 0.75;
The initial estimate of the cross-sectional area of the column should meet the following formula:
Where, Nc-considering the axial force design value of the column when the seismic load combination, preliminary estimation can be carried out, Nc=C.N;
C - the influence of bending moment on the axial force of the frame column, the expansion coefficient of the column to take 1.1, 1.2 side column;
N=(12~14)kN/m2 . S, S for the column to bear the floor load area, approximately divided by 1/2 column spacing.
μ - axial pressure ratio, the project should not exceed 0.75.
Middle column:
Take a= 600mm
