摘 要

倾斜光纤光栅在普通光纤光栅研究完善的基础上发展而来,其有着独特的耦合方式,因此对环境的变化非常敏感,在传感领域内越来越受到重视,光纤光栅传感器得到了很大的发展,所以接下来我们将分别进行下面的讨论:

第一章是绪论部分,从通信与光通信出发,首先简要阐述了光纤光栅的研究背景、发展史及其分类,然后根据光纤光栅的发展对倾斜光纤光栅的发展史与制作进行阐述等。

第二章是倾斜光纤光栅的理论部分,介绍光纤光栅的基础理论以及本文仿真所用到的理论部分内容,即耦合模理论、传输矩阵法、传感特性理论以及时域有限差分方法。

第三章是倾斜光纤光栅的光谱特性仿真部分,用仿真软件FDTD solutions并结合origin绘图工具对倾斜光纤光栅的光谱特性仿真,其中分析的结构参量有:倾斜光栅的角度、周期、长度、宽度、纤芯折射率、纤芯半径、包层折射率。

第四章是倾斜光纤光栅的传感特性仿真部分,借助相关文献研究倾斜光纤光栅的温度传感特性,溶液折射率传感特性,应变传感特性。

第五章是总结与展望。

Research on tilted fiber grating and its’ application in sensing

Abstract

The tilted fiber grating is developed on the basis of the general fiber grating research, and it has a unique coupling mode, so it is very sensitive to the changes in the environment. It has attracted more and more attention in the sensing field, and the fiber grating sensor has been greatly developed. Therefore, next we will separately discuss the following:

The first chapter is the introduction. From the perspective of communication and optical communication, it first briefly describes the research background, development history and classification of fiber grating, and then describes the development history and production of tilted fiber grating according to the development of fiber grating.

The second chapter is the theoretical part of tilted fiber grating. It introduces the basic theory of fiber grating and the theoretical part used in the simulation of this article, namely coupled mode theory, transmission matrix method, sensing characteristic theory and finite difference time domain method.

The third chapter is the simulation part of the spectral characteristics of the tilted fiber grating. The simulation software FDTD solutions and the origin drawing tool are used to simulate the spectral characteristics of the tilted fiber grating. The structural parameters analyzed include: angle, period, length, width, Core refractive index, core radius, cladding refractive index.

The fourth chapter is the simulation part of the sensing characteristics of the tilted fiber grating. With the help of related literatures, the temperature sensing characteristics, the solution refractive index sensing characteristics and the strain sensing characteristics of the tilted fiber grating are studied.

The fifth chapter is a summary and outlook.
